If you aren't within driving distance of the store, Buy eleswhere, because the only way i got a resoultion to my missing order (they got my money, just never sent the parts), was for me to physically drive to the store , then go pick my parts up at Passche will call.

Very helpful and knowledgeable I purchased a converter kit and spare parts for an Iwata gun I already had and also was advised on the merits and drawbacks of a the smaller Iwata Neo unit which I also ultimately purchased.
