GBOur First Selfie 2009 We met in 2009 and while relaxing after a movie we watched together, Jenn shot this, our first Selfie. Well it's been 5 years and we are still together and last Valentine's Day as a gift I found the picture and sent it to be memorialized as a painting... just like the greats of the past. She loved it and it hangs in our bedroom.

GBPoor Customer Service I had made a purchase on PopArta as a gift and was given a timeline of proof approval by 1/31/2017 with an ETA to my door of 2/7/17. Proof was approved by 1/31/17 but the product was not received until 2/17/17. The delay alone was frustrating but the poor customer service was what made it worse, I had to fill out forms in order to never be contacted, only to call and be told that they're looking into it and will have an answer the following morning and will call me. By afternoon I didn't hear anything and had to call customer service back to be told again that I'll hear something within 3 hours, which I did not and had to follow up again via email. After all of that back and forth my artwork wasn't even printed on 2/8 as there was something wrong with the picture which was the first time I was being notified of this. The gift ended up coming while I was out of the country and I was unable to bring it along as a gift and had to then ship it out of my own pocket. The lack of actual communication and having to hunt down customer service for answers was incredibly frustrating as I am the customer with the delayed order.

GBNot A Fan I would probably not work again with this company. To start, I originally had purchased a mural of my picture, but then I got an email a matter of days later saying they no longer sell murals. So I had to settle for a canvas. My product was originally suppose to arrive at my door mid-September, but it ended up arriving about 10 days later then expected. And I emailed the company about this issue, but I never heard a response from them. Personally I was not to big of a fan of the image itself. I went for the popart one, and I know pop art will not look identical to the real image. I used an image of me as a child, and I do not think that it even remotely resembles the image I sent.

GBExcellent work, beautiful result! I had a photo restored through this company's sister company, "Paint Your Life", then transferred the restored photo to this company for printing. The print turned out beautifully and was everything I had hoped for. The recipient has not received the print yet, but I know she will be very, very pleased. The service was excellent. Customer Service at both companies responded quickly to my questions. Paint Your Life worked with me to obtain a great restoration of a very poor quality photo. I was amazed! The print arrived at the time promised and was very professionally and carefully packaged. I will definitely use these companies again. They did an excellent job, from start to finish.

GBFAB-U!! FAB-U!!! I did a lot of research about whom to use to pop my art. I did use other companies previously that were good but VERY expensive. I found the prices fair. I ordered 2 11x14. I received 2 8x10's. I emailed the company and immediately someone was corresponding with me and promptly, and correctly, rectified the issue. I even got to keep my 8x10's! Truly they were wonderful. They clearly care about customer satisfaction and a good, quality product. I do not normally write reviews but this company deserves it!
