GBWorth it! I was going back and forth looking at different websites to make my photo look like a cartoon. At first I thought that PopArta might be more expensive because someone does it by hand instead of a filter. But it really wasn’t. And it turned out amazing. I also loved getting a preview and final say of what it would look like. I highly recommend!!

She was completely surprised and it even took her a minute to realize it was her! The vibrant colors, comic style coloring, and detailed lines give the original photo a creative, one of a kind look. Within just a few days, you’ll receive your piece of art. The processing and shipping time was extremely fast for me and the canvas arrived in perfect condition (with the hanger and screws included). GBPoor communication and customer service I called PopArta.com to ask about a project that I knew would be a modification of one of their existing templates. I called with the goal of getting a better understanding of what they could and could not do so that, perhaps, I could modify my project to fit their capabilities. The person who answered the phone did not seem to understand design and printing processes, and struggled to communicate in English. As a result, every time I asked for information or an explanation, he would put me on hold and convey my question to an "editor." For example, I would say something like, "Your website shows that you can do XX. But you've just told me you can't actually do that. Can you explain why?" He would say, "Let me ask." Then he would come back with the editor's response, which usually didn't have anything to do with the question. This went on for 10 minutes. At no point did the representative say, "You know what? Something is being lost in translation. Perhaps you and the editor could schedule a time to talk directly." Rather than seeking information from me to make sure they understood what I was hoping to accomplish, the company made assumptions about what they thought I was asking for. They threw up brick walls instead of exploring solutions. I ended up having my project created by a company whose website shows the same capabilities as PopArta.com.

GBGood product, awful customer service I ordered a canvas a picture of my sister's dog. It was a Christmas gift. Originally, I had an issue because there was a glitch on their website and after approving the Proof, they wanted to charge me again. I called, sent various emails and didn't receive a reply until a week later. They fixed the issue and everything was good. Later, I received an email saying that if I left a testimonial, they would give me a $50 credit for their site. I left the testimonial and never received anything. I called them, sent them emails and never received a response. Overall, good products, awful, borderline, non-existent customer service.

GBExcellent work, beautiful result! I had a photo restored through this company's sister company, "Paint Your Life", then transferred the restored photo to this company for printing. The print turned out beautifully and was everything I had hoped for. The recipient has not received the print yet, but I know she will be very, very pleased. The service was excellent. Customer Service at both companies responded quickly to my questions. Paint Your Life worked with me to obtain a great restoration of a very poor quality photo. I was amazed! The print arrived at the time promised and was very professionally and carefully packaged. I will definitely use these companies again. They did an excellent job, from start to finish.
