She was completely surprised and it even took her a minute to realize it was her! The vibrant colors, comic style coloring, and detailed lines give the original photo a creative, one of a kind look. Within just a few days, you’ll receive your piece of art. The processing and shipping time was extremely fast for me and the canvas arrived in perfect condition (with the hanger and screws included). Good product, awful customer service I ordered a canvas a picture of my sister's dog. It was a Christmas gift. Originally, I had an issue because there was a glitch on their website and after approving the Proof, they wanted to charge me again. I called, sent various emails and didn't receive a reply until a week later. They fixed the issue and everything was good. Later, I received an email saying that if I left a testimonial, they would give me a $50 credit for their site. I left the testimonial and never received anything. I called them, sent them emails and never received a response. Overall, good products, awful, borderline, non-existent customer service.

Updated review After a few initial problems with my order, Harper who works from Poparta got in touch and sorted everything out for me, and I am really pleased with the final product which we received today. It is of a great quality and my husband is really happy with his Christmas present.
