Within just a few days, you’ll receive your piece of art. The processing and shipping time was extremely fast for me and the canvas arrived in perfect condition (with the hanger and screws included). Good product, awful customer service I ordered a canvas a picture of my sister's dog. It was a Christmas gift. Originally, I had an issue because there was a glitch on their website and after approving the Proof, they wanted to charge me again. I called, sent various emails and didn't receive a reply until a week later. They fixed the issue and everything was good. Later, I received an email saying that if I left a testimonial, they would give me a $50 credit for their site. I left the testimonial and never received anything. I called them, sent them emails and never received a response. Overall, good products, awful, borderline, non-existent customer service.
