Good product, awful customer service I ordered a canvas a picture of my sister's dog. It was a Christmas gift. Originally, I had an issue because there was a glitch on their website and after approving the Proof, they wanted to charge me again. I called, sent various emails and didn't receive a reply until a week later. They fixed the issue and everything was good. Later, I received an email saying that if I left a testimonial, they would give me a $50 credit for their site. I left the testimonial and never received anything. I called them, sent them emails and never received a response. Overall, good products, awful, borderline, non-existent customer service.

Worth it! I was going back and forth looking at different websites to make my photo look like a cartoon. At first I thought that PopArta might be more expensive because someone does it by hand instead of a filter. But it really wasn’t. And it turned out amazing. I also loved getting a preview and final say of what it would look like. I highly recommend!!

Updated review After a few initial problems with my order, Harper who works from Poparta got in touch and sorted everything out for me, and I am really pleased with the final product which we received today. It is of a great quality and my husband is really happy with his Christmas present.

Pop Art brings something totally unique to canvas photos! I ordered an 8″ x 10″ gallery-wrapped canvas picture of my daughter (for her birthday) and was thrilled with the result! She was completely surprised and it even took her a minute to realize it was her! The vibrant colors, comic style coloring, and detailed lines give the original photo a creative, one of a kind look. Within just a few days, you’ll receive your piece of art. The processing and shipping time was extremely fast for me and the canvas arrived in perfect condition (with the hanger and screws included). I received this product free of charge for review purposes only. Regardless, my opinion is 100% my own.

FAB-U!! FAB-U!!! I did a lot of research about whom to use to pop my art. I did use other companies previously that were good but VERY expensive. I found the prices fair. I ordered 2 11x14. I received 2 8x10's. I emailed the company and immediately someone was corresponding with me and promptly, and correctly, rectified the issue. I even got to keep my 8x10's! Truly they were wonderful. They clearly care about customer satisfaction and a good, quality product. I do not normally write reviews but this company deserves it!
