Good product, awful customer service I ordered a canvas a picture of my sister's dog. It was a Christmas gift. Originally, I had an issue because there was a glitch on their website and after approving the Proof, they wanted to charge me again. I called, sent various emails and didn't receive a reply until a week later. They fixed the issue and everything was good. Later, I received an email saying that if I left a testimonial, they would give me a $50 credit for their site. I left the testimonial and never received anything. I called them, sent them emails and never received a response. Overall, good products, awful, borderline, non-existent customer service.

I have been waiting since Thanksgiving… I have been waiting since Thanksgiving for my gift with my husband, and I have been calling and texting everyday, and they say the same thing. They told me that the delivery date is December 11, 2023, but still nothing. Also, when I keep calling them, they keep telling me that the warehouse, where my gift is, has not been shipped, and they are not answering. I have been waiting for an answer for over two weeks, and since the surprise of Christmas has been ruined because of their failures, I will never come back for anything else after I get my portrait. Thank you, no thank you.

I am thrilled with the picture of our… I am thrilled with the picture of our black Labrador. I had to make a couple of online alterations to his whiskers and eyes and the new picture came back quickly. Very happy with the service and product. The fact that the pictures are built from photos means they fully capture the expression/character you want to display.

Not A Fan I would probably not work again with this company. To start, I originally had purchased a mural of my picture, but then I got an email a matter of days later saying they no longer sell murals. So I had to settle for a canvas. My product was originally suppose to arrive at my door mid-September, but it ended up arriving about 10 days later then expected. And I emailed the company about this issue, but I never heard a response from them. Personally I was not to big of a fan of the image itself. I went for the popart one, and I know pop art will not look identical to the real image. I used an image of me as a child, and I do not think that it even remotely resembles the image I sent.

Great service, great product!!! Great experience. More than willing to work with me to pick the perfect photographs of my pets. Called me to discuss any concerns I may have had. Delivered to my door in record time. The pictures look fantastic!!! Will definitely be my first and only choice in the future. Would recommend to anyone. Great business and great product.
