I have been waiting since Thanksgiving… I have been waiting since Thanksgiving for my gift with my husband, and I have been calling and texting everyday, and they say the same thing. They told me that the delivery date is December 11, 2023, but still nothing. Also, when I keep calling them, they keep telling me that the warehouse, where my gift is, has not been shipped, and they are not answering. I have been waiting for an answer for over two weeks, and since the surprise of Christmas has been ruined because of their failures, I will never come back for anything else after I get my portrait. Thank you, no thank you.

Great service, great product!!! Great experience. More than willing to work with me to pick the perfect photographs of my pets. Called me to discuss any concerns I may have had. Delivered to my door in record time. The pictures look fantastic!!! Will definitely be my first and only choice in the future. Would recommend to anyone. Great business and great product.

Why can’t all companies offer this level of service. I have never experienced such good customer service from any online company. I modified my image three times and each time the changes were made quickly and as I indicated. There was an issue with the original photo -the orientation was too wide. I sent another photo that was the right orientation but needed some editing. I asked for someone to call me to explain exactly what I wanted. I was amazed and delighted when Lucy called me within 5 mins. She was very helpful. I am absolutely thrilled with the final picture. Well done, Poparta.

Poor communication and customer service I called PopArta.com to ask about a project that I knew would be a modification of one of their existing templates. I called with the goal of getting a better understanding of what they could and could not do so that, perhaps, I could modify my project to fit their capabilities. The person who answered the phone did not seem to understand design and printing processes, and struggled to communicate in English. As a result, every time I asked for information or an explanation, he would put me on hold and convey my question to an "editor." For example, I would say something like, "Your website shows that you can do XX. But you've just told me you can't actually do that. Can you explain why?" He would say, "Let me ask." Then he would come back with the editor's response, which usually didn't have anything to do with the question. This went on for 10 minutes. At no point did the representative say, "You know what? Something is being lost in translation. Perhaps you and the editor could schedule a time to talk directly." Rather than seeking information from me to make sure they understood what I was hoping to accomplish, the company made assumptions about what they thought I was asking for. They threw up brick walls instead of exploring solutions. I ended up having my project created by a company whose website shows the same capabilities as PopArta.com.

Poor Customer Service I had made a purchase on PopArta as a gift and was given a timeline of proof approval by 1/31/2017 with an ETA to my door of 2/7/17. Proof was approved by 1/31/17 but the product was not received until 2/17/17. The delay alone was frustrating but the poor customer service was what made it worse, I had to fill out forms in order to never be contacted, only to call and be told that they're looking into it and will have an answer the following morning and will call me. By afternoon I didn't hear anything and had to call customer service back to be told again that I'll hear something within 3 hours, which I did not and had to follow up again via email. After all of that back and forth my artwork wasn't even printed on 2/8 as there was something wrong with the picture which was the first time I was being notified of this. The gift ended up coming while I was out of the country and I was unable to bring it along as a gift and had to then ship it out of my own pocket. The lack of actual communication and having to hunt down customer service for answers was incredibly frustrating as I am the customer with the delayed order.
