GBWrong item received Wrong item received. No packaging for items in shopping box. Received damaged product on a later delivery. Customer rep couldn't resolve email address error, and so I couldn't look up my order on line...poorest shopping experience in my 59 years of life.

GBMichaels is amazing. My #1 craft store Michaels is amazing! My number one craft store. The're always having sale. Big sales, coupon, and points add up great. I Always save so much money. I crochet so I buy yarn there all the time. Always great customer service

GBTheir rewards points are pointless. Pun intended Their rewards program doesn't ever seem to give me any perks. Coupons are mostly only for online and I don't shop that way. I stopped putting my phone number when I check out because it saved me nothing. I'd much rather go to hobby lobby or Joanns.
