GBWhat went right? What went right? Nothing!!! Ordered online for delivery. Several of the flowers delivered were wrong color. Store near me said they had my color in stock. Go there. No inventory. Placed order same flowers for pickup at another location. Get text that order is ready. Get there and they tell me they don’t have it and they would substitute with different flower. No thank you. Wasted trip. Ordered different flowers at different locale. Pick them up and of course not what I ordered. So I guess they don’t update their inventory. Needed these flowers for party centerpieces. Don’t have time for this bs. I’ll go to Hobby Lobby.

GBMichael's website is the worst! Michael's website is the worst!! I would be shocked if anybody actually ordered anything from their website!! It is so slow, it jumps around, sometimes it just freezes, omg it is infuriating!! So infuriating, that I had to write this bad review!! These companies just out right LIE on their websites to get you into the store! Do not trust anything Michael's website tells you!! Or you will be leaving a bad review as well!! Do better Michael's, for all the money you charge for mediocre products, do better on your website!

GBStaff was polite and helpful I went to the Michael to get a frame for my daughter’s birthday present. One of the staff member Alyson was very kind and polite. She has a very good communication skills with the customer and her suggestion was very helpful. She is ASSET to your company. Also store was well organized has many creative products that I have been experienced. I would like to go back to Michael again.

GBIn store class Went to Michaels in Murfreesboro for in store craft hoilday ornament class. First we were told to buy an ornament from aisle 100 (no direction on type). Then the employee running the class (who acted like she had no interest in helping or doing class) said all they had was Pour Paint? When asked how we could design or how long to dry ornament, she said she didn’t know. It was a mess no towels, no direction. Employee said busy during the season no time for these classes. I understand so rather than have horrible classes during busy season just don’t have them.

CAI had a very valuable antique picture… I had a very valuable antique picture framed by Abiti. She was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Her suggestions with matting and placement greatly improved the picture. A real professional. She went above and beyond suggesting upgraded hangers at no additional cost. Very pleased. If it was possible, I'd give her 6 stars Joseph
