Staff was polite and helpful I went to the Michael to get a frame for my daughter’s birthday present. One of the staff member Alyson was very kind and polite. She has a very good communication skills with the customer and her suggestion was very helpful. She is ASSET to your company. Also store was well organized has many creative products that I have been experienced. I would like to go back to Michael again.

Their rewards points are pointless. Pun intended Their rewards program doesn't ever seem to give me any perks. Coupons are mostly only for online and I don't shop that way. I stopped putting my phone number when I check out because it saved me nothing. I'd much rather go to hobby lobby or Joanns.

Angela at the Westminster store at… Angela at the Westminster store at Walnut Creek was rude and belligerent today. She told my husband false information about a return. She wouldn’t listen and would rather lie than admit she made a mistake. She has cost the company a loyal customer.

Heritage Green Stoney Creek Heritage Green Stoney Creek . I like this store and have been shopping there for years . In fact I have been shopping Michael’s stores for more than 10 years . Today I found out they actually have a seniors discount . 10% and that really helps when knitting a large item like a blanket .
