Today I found out they actually have a seniors discount . 10% and that really helps when knitting a large item like a blanket . She was inquisitive to our needs, was very attentive, caring and helped us out 100% and this was in the framing department at the Tower Plazza at Leominster Ma. GBStaff was polite and helpful I went to the Michael to get a frame for my daughter’s birthday present. One of the staff member Alyson was very kind and polite. She has a very good communication skills with the customer and her suggestion was very helpful. She is ASSET to your company. Also store was well organized has many creative products that I have been experienced. I would like to go back to Michael again.
