Online inventory is always inaccurate Online inventory is always inaccurate. I've placed two orders within two days and both were canceled due to items being out of stock in the store. Also, I placed an online purchase with the Michael's store in Orland Park, Illinois, after 3 hours, I still had not received an email to pick up my items. I called and spoke with the manager, Crystal, who still took her time getting the order together. Then to find out, they were out of stock. Michael's customer service and in-store experiences have been consistently terrible over the past few months. Although I visited Michael's in Downers Grove, Illinois this morning and the store rep was absolutely wonderful.

Michaels is amazing. My #1 craft store Michaels is amazing! My number one craft store. The're always having sale. Big sales, coupon, and points add up great. I Always save so much money. I crochet so I buy yarn there all the time. Always great customer service

She was inquisitive to our needs, was very attentive, caring and helped us out 100% and this was in the framing department at the Tower Plazza at Leominster Ma. Michael's website is the worst! Michael's website is the worst!! I would be shocked if anybody actually ordered anything from their website!! It is so slow, it jumps around, sometimes it just freezes, omg it is infuriating!! So infuriating, that I had to write this bad review!! These companies just out right LIE on their websites to get you into the store! Do not trust anything Michael's website tells you!! Or you will be leaving a bad review as well!! Do better Michael's, for all the money you charge for mediocre products, do better on your website!

On-line Order Made Easy I placed an order on-line and received a message right away that my order would be ready shortly for pick up at a location near me. Product was on sale, awesome price. Next one said they would hold it for 4 days and I was able to be there before this date. Pick up was a breeze. Had a young lady who smiled and addressed us, got our order and asked if we needed anymore assistance. Wonderful customer service at Kennedy Commons in Scarborough On. Highly recommend this location to others, plus Warden and Eglinton where I've made purchases in store previously.
