On-line Order Made Easy I placed an order on-line and received a message right away that my order would be ready shortly for pick up at a location near me. Product was on sale, awesome price. Next one said they would hold it for 4 days and I was able to be there before this date. Pick up was a breeze. Had a young lady who smiled and addressed us, got our order and asked if we needed anymore assistance. Wonderful customer service at Kennedy Commons in Scarborough On. Highly recommend this location to others, plus Warden and Eglinton where I've made purchases in store previously.

I had a very valuable antique picture… I had a very valuable antique picture framed by Abiti. She was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Her suggestions with matting and placement greatly improved the picture. A real professional. She went above and beyond suggesting upgraded hangers at no additional cost. Very pleased.
