Michael's website is the worst! Michael's website is the worst!! I would be shocked if anybody actually ordered anything from their website!! It is so slow, it jumps around, sometimes it just freezes, omg it is infuriating!! So infuriating, that I had to write this bad review!! These companies just out right LIE on their websites to get you into the store! Do not trust anything Michael's website tells you!! Or you will be leaving a bad review as well!! Do better Michael's, for all the money you charge for mediocre products, do better on your website!

Angela at the Westminster store at… Angela at the Westminster store at Walnut Creek was rude and belligerent today. She told my husband false information about a return. She wouldn’t listen and would rather lie than admit she made a mistake. She has cost the company a loyal customer.

Do NOT EVER give Michaels your real… Do NOT EVER give Michaels your real email address! They will spam-bomb your email account NON-STOP irrespective of how many time you unsubscribe ! Their spam system is like water dripping on a concrete floor in a torture cell. THEY WILL NEVER STOP !!!

She was inquisitive to our needs, was very attentive, caring and helped us out 100% and this was in the framing department at the Tower Plazza at Leominster Ma. Michaels is amazing. My #1 craft store Michaels is amazing! My number one craft store. The're always having sale. Big sales, coupon, and points add up great. I Always save so much money. I crochet so I buy yarn there all the time. Always great customer service
