Staff was polite and helpful I went to the Michael to get a frame for my daughter’s birthday present. One of the staff member Alyson was very kind and polite. She has a very good communication skills with the customer and her suggestion was very helpful. She is ASSET to your company. Also store was well organized has many creative products that I have been experienced. I would like to go back to Michael again.

She was inquisitive to our needs, was very attentive, caring and helped us out 100% and this was in the framing department at the Tower Plazza at Leominster Ma. Angela at the Westminster store at… Angela at the Westminster store at Walnut Creek was rude and belligerent today. She told my husband false information about a return. She wouldn’t listen and would rather lie than admit she made a mistake. She has cost the company a loyal customer.

On-line Order Made Easy I placed an order on-line and received a message right away that my order would be ready shortly for pick up at a location near me. Product was on sale, awesome price. Next one said they would hold it for 4 days and I was able to be there before this date. Pick up was a breeze. Had a young lady who smiled and addressed us, got our order and asked if we needed anymore assistance. Wonderful customer service at Kennedy Commons in Scarborough On. Highly recommend this location to others, plus Warden and Eglinton where I've made purchases in store previously.
