She was inquisitive to our needs, was very attentive, caring and helped us out 100% and this was in the framing department at the Tower Plazza at Leominster Ma. CAI had a very valuable antique picture… I had a very valuable antique picture framed by Abiti. She was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Her suggestions with matting and placement greatly improved the picture. A real professional. She went above and beyond suggesting upgraded hangers at no additional cost. Very pleased. If it was possible, I'd give her 6 stars Joseph
