GBWrong item received Wrong item received. No packaging for items in shopping box. Received damaged product on a later delivery. Customer rep couldn't resolve email address error, and so I couldn't look up my order on line...poorest shopping experience in my 59 years of life.

GBAngela at the Westminster store at… Angela at the Westminster store at Walnut Creek was rude and belligerent today. She told my husband false information about a return. She wouldn’t listen and would rather lie than admit she made a mistake. She has cost the company a loyal customer.

GBTheir rewards points are pointless. Pun intended Their rewards program doesn't ever seem to give me any perks. Coupons are mostly only for online and I don't shop that way. I stopped putting my phone number when I check out because it saved me nothing. I'd much rather go to hobby lobby or Joanns.

GBDo NOT EVER give Michaels your real… Do NOT EVER give Michaels your real email address! They will spam-bomb your email account NON-STOP irrespective of how many time you unsubscribe ! Their spam system is like water dripping on a concrete floor in a torture cell. THEY WILL NEVER STOP !!!

DEdefinitely more just a arts n crafts store I actually first found out about them randomly on instagram. I never paid attention to these things but I was on a binge watching hobbies and crafts videos, their instagram really inspired me into making some crafty stuff during my free time, and i must have literally manifested it in my mind because my friends picked up on it and i started getting gifts from their store. some of my friends were shipping me and bringing me DIY stuff and souvenir like knick-knacks from their travels and stuff. Well, pottering around the house has never been my case but thanks to Michaels you can kinda get addicted to knitting, painting, or creating some decorative stuff for your house. And it is a very fun activity as a whole family to go through as well! Their stores are also great, had a chance to visit one, and it lead me to a situation where I turned my garage into a family hobby workshop :)
