Their rewards points are pointless. Pun intended Their rewards program doesn't ever seem to give me any perks. Coupons are mostly only for online and I don't shop that way. I stopped putting my phone number when I check out because it saved me nothing. I'd much rather go to hobby lobby or Joanns.

Today I found out they actually have a seniors discount . 10% and that really helps when knitting a large item like a blanket . I had a very valuable antique picture… I had a very valuable antique picture framed by Abiti. She was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Her suggestions with matting and placement greatly improved the picture. A real professional. She went above and beyond suggesting upgraded hangers at no additional cost. Very pleased. Staff was polite and helpful I went to the Michael to get a frame for my daughter’s birthday present. One of the staff member Alyson was very kind and polite. She has a very good communication skills with the customer and her suggestion was very helpful. She is ASSET to your company. Also store was well organized has many creative products that I have been experienced. I would like to go back to Michael again.
