These are cheap rubbish made to look… These are cheap rubbish made to look appealing with a flashy website. The supposed high street store shown in the website doesn’t exist… its fake. I would return it but know I will never see the refund… lesson learnt - dont buy stuff off Insta!

Useless, money thieving "company"!!! I made an order with this so called company a little over two weeks ago. I received via email a link in order to track my parcel and it has for the entire two week period stated the same message which is that they're expecting it! Messaged the delivery company asking where my item is, they responded by telling me they are still waiting for Space Artsy to hand over my package! Have written to Space Artsy three times and haven't had a response! Zero customer service, ignore you and they think that's perfectly acceptable! Very quick to take your money and ignore customers but slow as can be in doing the right thing and communicate with anyone!! Absolute rip off....STAY AWAY!!!

Not trustworthy Claiming that they send the order next bussines day. Here i am, waiting over two weeks with parcel tracking shows that the package wasnt even placed for transfer. Be smarter than me and stay away from this ,,company”.

Scam Send the completely wrong items. I ordered 2 collections, both over 30 gbp each. They decided to send 2 single bulbs and 2 lamp bases instead...? Do not order from them.

Better than the reviews say I've just come across these reviews after mine came because I wanted to order another one for my mam. I'm glad I didn't check the reviews before ordering because they'd have totally out me off! My lamp is beautiful and good quality, a little smaller than I was expecting but so worth it. I bought it in the sale, I'm not sure if its the kind of 'sale' that they have on always, but if not, I probably wouldn't pay full price for it. I'll definitely be buying myself something else when I put my next order in!!
