I wouldn't recommend My lamp arrived damaged, but there has been no answer from the shop to my email requesting a refund or replacement. I am still hoping to receive an answer. Apart from the damage, the lamp looks okay in a dark room but not as pretty as pictured online. I'd say it's not worth the price, even with the permanent 'discount'.

It is beautiful I had no issues with the delivery which arrived within less than two weeks, therefore I am quite surprised to see so many negative reviews. The quality of the bulb is fine. I bought it with 50% discount, maybe if I paid a full price I would expect slightly better quality, but I really think it is reasonable. The colours are beautiful. It has many shades to choose from. I wish I could attach photos here.

Scam Send the completely wrong items. I ordered 2 collections, both over 30 gbp each. They decided to send 2 single bulbs and 2 lamp bases instead...? Do not order from them.

Delivery is an absolute shambles. Delivery is an absolute shambles. Their products are cheap rubbish made in China and look nothing like the photos on their website. I have returned my item (received yesterday) and haven't heard anything about my refund. Here's hoping I get my money back

Good customer service I placed a order, then I realized I probably wasn’t going to receive the item before Christmas, as shipping takes 1-2 weeks (to Italy). I reached out the company asking to cancel my order and they answered in 30 minutes. It was like 10pm. They asked me what was wrong and I explained the problem. They refunded me. Polite and professional.
