Bad service I placed my order over the Black Friday weekend and as of yet have not received either a tracking number or my goods. I contacted the customer service department for an update and have not received any response back even though they say on their website that they will respond within 48 hours. Ordered as a Christmas present and as I paid through PayPal am unsure whether to continue waiting or to request a refund. Wish I had read the reviews on here first before placing my order 🙁

Gorgeous product and amazing customer service Item took a while to arrive and while it missed Xmas was worth waiting for. Had to email customer service as part of my order hadn't arrived -this was an Evri issue but was was quickly sorted by our delivery person. Customer service were amazing and really helpful. The item is now set up and it's more beautiful than it looks on the website.

It is beautiful I had no issues with the delivery which arrived within less than two weeks, therefore I am quite surprised to see so many negative reviews. The quality of the bulb is fine. I bought it with 50% discount, maybe if I paid a full price I would expect slightly better quality, but I really think it is reasonable. The colours are beautiful. It has many shades to choose from. I wish I could attach photos here.

Not trustworthy Claiming that they send the order next bussines day. Here i am, waiting over two weeks with parcel tracking shows that the package wasnt even placed for transfer. Be smarter than me and stay away from this ,,company”.

Awful customer service Awful customer service, been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order and no response to emails or messages online. The fact they don’t even send a tracking link should be the first warning sign, then they do not reply when you request one. Not expecting this to arrive before Christmas if at all.
