These are cheap rubbish made to look… These are cheap rubbish made to look appealing with a flashy website. The supposed high street store shown in the website doesn’t exist… its fake. I would return it but know I will never see the refund… lesson learnt - dont buy stuff off Insta!

Better than the reviews say I've just come across these reviews after mine came because I wanted to order another one for my mam. I'm glad I didn't check the reviews before ordering because they'd have totally out me off! My lamp is beautiful and good quality, a little smaller than I was expecting but so worth it. I bought it in the sale, I'm not sure if its the kind of 'sale' that they have on always, but if not, I probably wouldn't pay full price for it. I'll definitely be buying myself something else when I put my next order in!!

Bad service I placed my order over the Black Friday weekend and as of yet have not received either a tracking number or my goods. I contacted the customer service department for an update and have not received any response back even though they say on their website that they will respond within 48 hours. Ordered as a Christmas present and as I paid through PayPal am unsure whether to continue waiting or to request a refund. Wish I had read the reviews on here first before placing my order 🙁

Beautiful product...poor delivery info / tracking First off the negatives. No delivery information and i did start to get worried... however saying that it was within the delivery time frame they gave me which was 1 to 2 weeks (i just had no tracking No or information. (Bearing in mind its nearly Christmas i didnt think that the time was unreasonable). Boxes were a little tatty so i may rebox the lamp. it arrived today so 10 days after ordering. This was a present for my Step Dad and i went with the black lamp and Galaxy bulb. Now im tempted to keep it. It really is a beautiful. The lamp itself is actually well made which i wasn't expecting but the bulb itself is absolutely stunning. Definitely worth the wait and the price. Unique gift and I'm very much looking forward to his reaction of indifference towards it 😅

Good customer service I placed a order, then I realized I probably wasn’t going to receive the item before Christmas, as shipping takes 1-2 weeks (to Italy). I reached out the company asking to cancel my order and they answered in 30 minutes. It was like 10pm. They asked me what was wrong and I explained the problem. They refunded me. Polite and professional.
