An OK product, but a sketchy company. The product itself is good, sort of. I received my block lamp a couple of days ago. The first thing that strucked me is that the lamp itself is not labeled as "SpaceArtsy" but rather a different company called "E.P. Light Studio" you can search that and you can find actually two companies: "E.P. Design Lab" and "E.P. Light Studio". There's just no company SpaceArtsy labeled on the package. So we have three companies, each of them saying that it's handmade but really, where is it made? Anyways, the block lamp started bugging so that the touch sensor actually requires to hold it to turn it off - I let it discharge, then recharge and it works fine. Weird.

Another Fake Company Do not trust this company as they fob you off with delivery woes. I ordered a product on 25 November. I chased it up 12 December but it takes Space Artsy 24 hours to reply with a tracking number for Royal Mail on 30 November, but they haven't received it yet. So they still have not posted my order P3160326. Luckily I used a credit card so will have them recover my funds from this scam company!!! Do not purchase from this Space Artsy.

Orange Pluto Lightbulb I ordered the Pluto lightbulb because it is the planet for my zodiac sign Scorpio :-) The structure in the lightbulb looks really pretty and special. The delivery was incredibly fast, everything was well packed and the lamp creates a great atmosphere in the evening. I would only have wished that the structure of the lamp would also conjure up such a pattern on the wall, which unfortunately is not the case. But that doesn't make anything worse. I personally don't like the wood on the Wooden Square Base, so I'm going to paint it black. The customer service is very courteous and customer-oriented and responds very quickly to inquiries. The product and the shop are definitely recommended.

Beautiful product...poor delivery info / tracking First off the negatives. No delivery information and i did start to get worried... however saying that it was within the delivery time frame they gave me which was 1 to 2 weeks (i just had no tracking No or information. (Bearing in mind its nearly Christmas i didnt think that the time was unreasonable). Boxes were a little tatty so i may rebox the lamp. it arrived today so 10 days after ordering. This was a present for my Step Dad and i went with the black lamp and Galaxy bulb. Now im tempted to keep it. It really is a beautiful. The lamp itself is actually well made which i wasn't expecting but the bulb itself is absolutely stunning. Definitely worth the wait and the price. Unique gift and I'm very much looking forward to his reaction of indifference towards it 😅

These are cheap rubbish made to look… These are cheap rubbish made to look appealing with a flashy website. The supposed high street store shown in the website doesn’t exist… its fake. I would return it but know I will never see the refund… lesson learnt - dont buy stuff off Insta!
