I ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020 I ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020. The charge of $19.58 was taken from my checking account on 12/10/20. When I hadn't received after 3+ weeks I called Lang to report this. I made 2 calls on different days,was on hold for over 1 hour each time. When my call was answered the clerks were not willing to satisfy the item I paid for that I never received. As of today 1/18/2021 I have not received what I paid for or received any communication from Lang.

I placed an order for 2 calendars on … I placed an order for 2 calendars on December 6th with free shipping and was told my order was placed yet no confirmation that my order was shipped. My credit was charged for the calendars and I sent a message to Lang service but have not received a response. I am going to have to go purchase calendars for 2018 and hope they have the ones in stock we initially ordered. I will be putting a dispute on my credit card as I have not received any shipment or explanation.

2 Strikes This is 2nd year in a row that I didn’t get the calendar that I ordered. Last year was “out of stock” after order was placed and was deleted without an option to order something else instead. This year order was placed and received. However quantity of calendars received did not match the packing list. By the time I realized the error the calendar I wanted was unavailable. Disappointed.

No more "Guy" gifts..... For YEARS I purchased the LEE STRONCEK/The Fours Seasons Spiral Engagement calendar(as "guy" gifts) I would purchase multiples of these. After 3 (THREE) emails to Lang explaining what I was looking for, with their replies twice that basically told me "Here it is" and then sent me to another Artist's calendar. I finally came to the assumption that it is no longer available.....too bad. Otherwise Lang is a great company to purchase from, with nice products.

Terrible The product I wanted was not available although the website allowed me to put it into the cart. Eventually I purchased another product which is satisfactory. It arrived as promised. Your shipping costs are ridiculously high. Then, after I ordered, you sent an offer of a price reduction and free shipping which would have reduced my overall cost by about 50%. Overall cost of $26 for a calendar is exorbitant. I will not be buying from you again.
