Also, when I tried to report this via phone call to the toll free number, I was unable to speak to a representative. However, I did receive a return call after leaving a voice mail-- at an inconvenient time. Thank you.

Unable to get the free wallpaper with purchase Tried to use the wallpaper option promised with the purchase of the wall calendar and I get an error code saying invalid code... even though they show me the code and it matches exactly with what is printed in the calendar. The whole web site is slow and hard to use.

Customer Service Run Around Lasted Two Months I purchased a calendar two months ago for 2018. It boasted that there would be digital files of the images included. I attempted to redeem and the code included was invalid. Thats ok, these things happen. I reached out to customer service multiple times. Each time I was told something different as to why it wouldn't work and that it would be addressed. It never was and I stopped receiving responses to my correspondences. Ultimately I reached out to them via social media and my issue was corrected within an hour. Too bad that couldn't have happened 2 months ago.

I also see in customer comments that I am not the only one. I have bought Lang for several years now but the lack of customer service will make me never buy another one !!!!!!!!

I received products that I didn't …order. I received products that I didn't order. Wasn't a user friendly return process. Did really enjoy the Christmas cards, there were no problems with that part of the order. I'm still waiting for confirmation from Lang that they received my returns and that I received full refund including shipping and handling. That process is taking longer than I would like.
