GBI emailed them 3 times I emailed them 3 times. Never received a response. The Calendars are good. Customer Service is very poor. I have been buying calendars from them for 12 years. Thinking of looking elsewhere next year. Curstomer servie is everything.

GBI ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020 I ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020. The charge of $19.58 was taken from my checking account on 12/10/20. When I hadn't received after 3+ weeks I called Lang to report this. I made 2 calls on different days,was on hold for over 1 hour each time. When my call was answered the clerks were not willing to satisfy the item I paid for that I never received. As of today 1/18/2021 I have not received what I paid for or received any communication from Lang.

GBAlways a high quality, beautifully designed product My mom began buying these date books probably fifteen years ago and for her oldest, dearest friends (who are at least 90). A few years back, mom assigned Be with the task of picking just the right ones for each friend. Imagine my hysteria when I learned that the store we’d been returning every year had closed! Thankfully, my brain retains lots of bits of information and I was able to avert a crisis by locating your website. The artists who provide beautiful scenes of nature and country life are so talented, and their attention to detail is spectacular. Thank you for your commitment to excellence...and to making some nonagenarians very, very happy!

GBCustomer Service Run Around Lasted Two Months I purchased a calendar two months ago for 2018. It boasted that there would be digital files of the images included. I attempted to redeem and the code included was invalid. Thats ok, these things happen. I reached out to customer service multiple times. Each time I was told something different as to why it wouldn't work and that it would be addressed. It never was and I stopped receiving responses to my correspondences. Ultimately I reached out to them via social media and my issue was corrected within an hour. Too bad that couldn't have happened 2 months ago.

GBI am a long time Lang customer and love … I am a long time Lang customer and love their products. I have never had a problem before. My recent order was shipped timely, however, upon opening I found I had received someone else's order. I called immediately as I had ordered a gift for my daughter's birthday. I was told since it was the end of the day and they would be closing soon I would be called the next day. I wasn't. I called the following day and was told they had shipped my order which I did finally receive 12 days later. I will continue being a Lang customer however I will never assume ordering a gift 2 weeks before needing it will be sufficient.
