I ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020 I ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020. The charge of $19.58 was taken from my checking account on 12/10/20. When I hadn't received after 3+ weeks I called Lang to report this. I made 2 calls on different days,was on hold for over 1 hour each time. When my call was answered the clerks were not willing to satisfy the item I paid for that I never received. As of today 1/18/2021 I have not received what I paid for or received any communication from Lang.

I received products that I didn't …order. I received products that I didn't order. Wasn't a user friendly return process. Did really enjoy the Christmas cards, there were no problems with that part of the order. I'm still waiting for confirmation from Lang that they received my returns and that I received full refund including shipping and handling. That process is taking longer than I would like.

Always a high quality, beautifully designed product My mom began buying these date books probably fifteen years ago and for her oldest, dearest friends (who are at least 90). A few years back, mom assigned Be with the task of picking just the right ones for each friend. Imagine my hysteria when I learned that the store we’d been returning every year had closed! Thankfully, my brain retains lots of bits of information and I was able to avert a crisis by locating your website. The artists who provide beautiful scenes of nature and country life are so talented, and their attention to detail is spectacular. Thank you for your commitment to excellence...and to making some nonagenarians very, very happy!

I emailed them 3 times I emailed them 3 times. Never received a response. The Calendars are good. Customer Service is very poor. I have been buying calendars from them for 12 years. Thinking of looking elsewhere next year. Curstomer servie is everything.

2 Strikes This is 2nd year in a row that I didn’t get the calendar that I ordered. Last year was “out of stock” after order was placed and was deleted without an option to order something else instead. This year order was placed and received. However quantity of calendars received did not match the packing list. By the time I realized the error the calendar I wanted was unavailable. Disappointed.
