I signed up for my 7 day trial I signed up for my 7 day trial. Cancelled on the 7th day but still got charged two deposits of £1 and another for £78 Before being charged I even sent an e mail to 3 of the pic monkey e mails : support@pic monkey, info@picmonkey and legal@picmonkey to ensure it had been cancelled. I got a generic response yesterday and sent another today only to find that the money has now come out of my account. No one has got back to me.

I cancelled my subscription a year ago… I cancelled my subscription a year ago and I am still being charged monthly! I have tried to log back in to stop but the reset password email doesn't come through, probably because I don't have an account anymore but they are still charging me! I have sent a message to support and still waiting for a response. This is the most frustrating company!!!

Canceled free trial immediately as there was a 1 euro charge I aggreed to a free trial on Pic Monkey. I used it immediately to work on one photo which I downloaded. I noticed I had an email from Paypal saying I had a one euro charge form Pic monkey. This aroused my suspicions as a free 7 day trial should not involve any immediate payments. So I had a look on trust pilot and saw other bad reviews. Based on this I decided to cancel immediately. I cancelled my pic monkey account and got a notification from PayPal that the 1 euro charge had been cancelled. Hopefully that's the end of it. Too bad as the photo editing was good

great customer care I use picmonkey a year now and recently due to email account and payment changes I got billed a yearly fee. However I’m really pleased with the support and actions I have experienced asap I raised the above issue. They responded instantly with all the explanations and choices to keep prescriptions and get a refund all in an easy email correspondence. For me this is a very professional way of dealing with their customers satisfaction. Thank you.

RIP PicMonkey. RIP PicMonkey. Used PicMonkey for years, always considered it one of the best editing programs out there but the new version is awful. Features I loved are gone and offers nothing better in their place. Ribbet calling and I shall follow.
