GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. There is no way to speak to a live person, your only option is to use the chat feature. Yesterday, two customer service representatives just left the chat without resolving my issue. Last year my holiday cards weren’t received so we had to expedite a new order. This year I was charged for shipping when the promo clearly said free shipping. The representative y there was nothing they could do.

GBTwo wrong orders (sending 2023… Two wrong orders where they sent 2023 calendars instead of 2024. Recipient is an aging 92 year old. They would not correct their own mistake unless there was a photo which the recipient being aged, could not do. I live 3000 miles from recipient and not able to take a photo. The time even to get through to customer for both errors, was time consuming and fruitless. I DO NOT recommend Snapfish. I used them numerous times in the past but will never us them again.

GBBelieve every bad review Believe every bad review. Prints cropped without heads. Colors are washed out or neon orange. Requested refund, they offered to reprint... didn't even offer free shipping for the horrific experience. Think if I went through the painfully time consuming process of navigating their awful site (again) I'd get reprints with or without the heads this time? Run!

GBWhat a stunning failure of a company What a stunning failure of a company. Spends millions of dollars on digital advertising in the fall, then can’t fulfill any of its orders. No message telling you that your order is delayed - they just wait til you come looking for the failed gift delivery and tell you “oh yeah, sorry we haven’t made it yet - but soon! We’ll be sure to update you…”. Little late now we’ve missed Christmas. If you can’t handle the volume, STOP aggressively advertising- duh!

GBAnother review about terrible quality prints! Another review about terrible quality prints. I ordered prints from a recent bucket list trip to Japan. A lot of the photos were the typical bright lights and colours of Japanese cities, but all the prints I received were washed out, faded and much poorer quality than the supplied digital image. On top of this, the prints took nearly two weeks to arrive despite the shipping cost being nearly the same as the cost of the prints themselves. From reading other reviews it looks like there's no point complaining to Snapfish as they aren't interested in getting better. I certainly won't be using again!
