Christmas 2023 Christmas 2023. Ordered a photo job from this company. Photo arrived and the cropping process cut off one members head. Contacted company to fix this issue or a refund. Would not comply with either request. Placed new order. Receive a 4”x4” inch photo. Charged me an additional $17.00. This company sux. Never again will I do business with them Never!

What a stunning failure of a company What a stunning failure of a company. Spends millions of dollars on digital advertising in the fall, then can’t fulfill any of its orders. No message telling you that your order is delayed - they just wait til you come looking for the failed gift delivery and tell you “oh yeah, sorry we haven’t made it yet - but soon! We’ll be sure to update you…”. Little late now we’ve missed Christmas. If you can’t handle the volume, STOP aggressively advertising- duh!

Believe every bad review Believe every bad review. Prints cropped without heads. Colors are washed out or neon orange. Requested refund, they offered to reprint... didn't even offer free shipping for the horrific experience. Think if I went through the painfully time consuming process of navigating their awful site (again) I'd get reprints with or without the heads this time? Run!

Was promised a delivery date by paying… Was promised a delivery date by paying extra for rush shipping. They are just taking people's money. Customer service is terrible, No phone number to actually talk to someone. You can "chat" but they don't "do" anything about it. They say they are escalating it to the next level by email, that really means they are just tired of chatting. When you try to respond to the email, it is unable to find the email address. Total SHAM! DO NOT USE THEM

I would give zero stars if it was… I would give zero stars if it was possible. They destroyed both my orders. I told them several times to not change colour, brightness, contrast or anything in that matter. Just print in the poster size. That’s it. But even after repeated telling them the same thing. They kept making my pics darker. Every order was darker than the first one. Now they are not refunding me. And I have asked paypal to step in. And filed a dispute case. Paper quality is poor to say the least. Colours are bad. Everything is bad. Just stay away from these fraudsters.
