USI WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN… I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION!!!!!!! I have been trying to reach out to them for over a week and keeps getting disconnected via live chat. This company does not have a call center where you can call and speak to a live representative. We are a young family living in Florida and spend most of our days in the pool or going to the beach. I uploaded pictures via the app and thought to myself "oh they can be delivered, thats fantastic." I placed my order on 04/01, received an email on 4/2 they were printed and ready to be shipped. They gave me a tracking number that still to this day says that the shipment has not left their facility. I have had MULTIPLE chat sessions with agents and there has not been one person who has been able to help me. Yesterday 4/9- I received a message request on facebook from a complete and total stranger. Messaging me to let me know that she received my pictures along with hers. I am super SUPER thankful that this woman reached out and she wasnt a creepy man looking at pictures of my young girls in bathing suits. Due to the chat being down yesterday- I emailed them letting them know of the issue. Of course my package hasnt been picked up BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE HAS MY PICTURES. Today the live chat was available. I kept once again, getting disconnected. I finally get connected with a woman who really didnt care that I was upset and frustrated. I told her the whole story and explained that the very kind woman who received my pictures wrote return to send on the packaging and mailed back to the facility. The live agent I was chatting with proceeds to tell me- I need to reach back out to the woman who received my pictures and have her reach out to snapfish because there are certain protocols that need to be followed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME- I have to reach out to this lady and ask her to (who I am sure is a busy individual) take time out of her day to deal with a chat where you will probably be disconnected at least twice during the session just to get this resolved? It is not the ladys fault she received the wrong photos. Obviously frustrated I said forget it, please just cancel the order and refund the money back to the card I used at checkout. She tells me that my request is denied for a refund because I have not followed the protocols for things like this. They need the pictures back first in order to process a refund. THIS COMPANY HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER, EVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH.

USI’m done with Snapfish. I am a longtime customer of Snapfish who is now done with that company. There is no way to contact a customer service representative by phone when an order has gone awry. Shutterfly will now be my go to company for photo related books and other products. Snapfish simply does not seem to care about the quality of their customer service, which is totally unacceptable.

GBI would give zero stars if it was… I would give zero stars if it was possible. They destroyed both my orders. I told them several times to not change colour, brightness, contrast or anything in that matter. Just print in the poster size. That’s it. But even after repeated telling them the same thing. They kept making my pics darker. Every order was darker than the first one. Now they are not refunding me. And I have asked paypal to step in. And filed a dispute case. Paper quality is poor to say the least. Colours are bad. Everything is bad. Just stay away from these fraudsters.

GBAnother review about terrible quality prints! Another review about terrible quality prints. I ordered prints from a recent bucket list trip to Japan. A lot of the photos were the typical bright lights and colours of Japanese cities, but all the prints I received were washed out, faded and much poorer quality than the supplied digital image. On top of this, the prints took nearly two weeks to arrive despite the shipping cost being nearly the same as the cost of the prints themselves. From reading other reviews it looks like there's no point complaining to Snapfish as they aren't interested in getting better. I certainly won't be using again!
