Snapfish, beware shipping cost! on multiple book orders… Snapfish photo book system is easy to use but beware of the unadvertised shipping cost you will be hit for after you have created your book and tried to check out and pay. Shipping costs for my 10 books came to an almost 40% increase in the price of my book. the big Discounts offered at the beginning are ridiculous as they could never sell a book at the inflated listed prices, so discounts of 50 to 70 percent are necessary for them to sell anything.

Christmas 2023 Christmas 2023. Ordered a photo job from this company. Photo arrived and the cropping process cut off one members head. Contacted company to fix this issue or a refund. Would not comply with either request. Placed new order. Receive a 4”x4” inch photo. Charged me an additional $17.00. This company sux. Never again will I do business with them Never!

Terrible experience This company should not be in business. Ordered Christmas cards and paid for expedited shipping. Never received the cards. There is no phone number for customer service. The emails and chats do not work as the employees don’t seems to care about satisfying their clients. Really a terrible experience. So corrupt.

Total failure of a product! Apparently this review does not allow anybody to show a picture of this atrocious calendar. All seven calendars curled up within the first 30 days. Snapfish did absolutely nothing about it. There is no Customerservice, you cannot talk to a person, there is a chat stream that is some kind of a robot that says the same thing over and over. It is the same thing with (E-mail)’. Run from this company!

Extremely poor quality prints received Extremely poor quality prints received. Pixilated, fuzzy, faded colours and horizontal lines running down the prints. So disappointing & a complete waste of time and money, I can not frame any of my prints as the quality is too poor. I was told by their customer services that I had uploaded prints with poor resolution warnings, this was not true. They said I could try again but they wouldn’t cover the cost of postage which was well above a reasonable amount & I didn’t want to waste more money. They refused to offer me a refund. I strongly advise people not to use this company.
