GBI’m done with Snapfish. I am a longtime customer of Snapfish who is now done with that company. There is no way to contact a customer service representative by phone when an order has gone awry. Shutterfly will now be my go to company for photo related books and other products. Snapfish simply does not seem to care about the quality of their customer service, which is totally unacceptable.

GBAnother review about terrible quality prints! Another review about terrible quality prints. I ordered prints from a recent bucket list trip to Japan. A lot of the photos were the typical bright lights and colours of Japanese cities, but all the prints I received were washed out, faded and much poorer quality than the supplied digital image. On top of this, the prints took nearly two weeks to arrive despite the shipping cost being nearly the same as the cost of the prints themselves. From reading other reviews it looks like there's no point complaining to Snapfish as they aren't interested in getting better. I certainly won't be using again!

GBThis was our first photo book and it… This was our first photo book and it wasn't easy. The quality of our pictures was questionable. I found the Snapfish software difficult to use. Customer Service was helpful depending on who you spoke to. We submitted the order three separate times before we got it right. The discount prices made it doable. I wish the company provided some basic guidelines or suggestions for novices like us!!

GB…wrinkled picture I ordered an 8x10 picture and it came all bent up and wrinkled. They packed it loose in a bag with my 4x6 prints. Very disappointed. The shipping was expensive with no care in the packing to ship.

GBTwo wrong orders (sending 2023… Two wrong orders where they sent 2023 calendars instead of 2024. Recipient is an aging 92 year old. They would not correct their own mistake unless there was a photo which the recipient being aged, could not do. I live 3000 miles from recipient and not able to take a photo. The time even to get through to customer for both errors, was time consuming and fruitless. I DO NOT recommend Snapfish. I used them numerous times in the past but will never us them again.
