GBChristmas 2023 Christmas 2023. Ordered a photo job from this company. Photo arrived and the cropping process cut off one members head. Contacted company to fix this issue or a refund. Would not comply with either request. Placed new order. Receive a 4”x4” inch photo. Charged me an additional $17.00. This company sux. Never again will I do business with them Never!

GBDO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES OR… DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS!!! Something has changed. They were a great company at one time, however, that was then and this is now. I purchased eight photo books for work for $382. I contacted them to ask for help as in less than two weeks the pages were so warped the covers couldn't shut, they became useless to our company and absolutely worthless. They did away with their phone option to speak with a customer service representative and now only have a "Chat" option. I am absolutely sure it is because they have so many complaints and don't want to deal with it on the phone. It's much easier to end a chat (which is what finally ended up happening to me and then they deleted my account). I originally asked to have my books remade in the same quality as we've had in the past and was told they would send it to a higher management and they would get back to me that afternoon. After 24 hours of not hearing back, I reached back out and was "assured" it would be resolved to my satisfaction by another customer service rep. Once again, not a word after a week this time. I reached back out today via chat (as that is my only option) asking for their CEO's email to let them know what kind of company they have and what is being done at all levels. I was told I couldn't have their email, nor any higher level management's email. The only thing she could do prior to ending our chat and deleting my account would be to do the same thing the others did which was to send it to the next level of customer service. As soon as I said it would be ignored the same as the others, she ended our chat and deleted my account. This is the level of customer service provided. I say customer service like they are providing some, not the case. I wanted a refund of my $382, I wanted a remake of my books that were made 2 weeks ago and this company doesn't have the decency to even respond. However, on their website it clearly states Satisfaction Guaranteed. How is that the case if they won't respond to even the smallest and simplest of issues? Needless to say, I hope you don't get sucked into their 50-65% coupons and learn from my $382 loss.

GBI’m done with Snapfish. I am a longtime customer of Snapfish who is now done with that company. There is no way to contact a customer service representative by phone when an order has gone awry. Shutterfly will now be my go to company for photo related books and other products. Snapfish simply does not seem to care about the quality of their customer service, which is totally unacceptable.

GBI ordered a 7 x 5 photo I ordered a 7 x 5 photo, i got a 6.8 x 5 photo. After complaining i was told i should have read their t&c's they do not guarantee exact size. I now have a photo with a gap in the photo frame

GBWas promised a delivery date by paying… Was promised a delivery date by paying extra for rush shipping. They are just taking people's money. Customer service is terrible, No phone number to actually talk to someone. You can "chat" but they don't "do" anything about it. They say they are escalating it to the next level by email, that really means they are just tired of chatting. When you try to respond to the email, it is unable to find the email address. Total SHAM! DO NOT USE THEM
