Lofty seems to be falling apart Lofty seems to be falling apart. Unfortunately, I signed up for lofty with the expectation that they will offer everything that the sales person told me they would. When I was not satisfied after the first couple of weeks it seemed to get worse. My expressing my dissatisfaction only led to them becoming less willing to help are evasive of my attempts to contact them for support. I never received a response from their support team despite multiple attempts to contact. The person who was supposed to be assigned to my account wasn't responding to media email but then started texting me through multiple different and random numbers. Finally, after asking for cancellation multiple times, I was threatened with the "you signed a one year contract that is legally binding" despite their inadequacies in making any effort to help me actually use the database. Unfortunately, lofty has required me to contact my attorney to move forward with a solution that doesn't include my dumping thousands of dollars into a system that doesn't work. I would highly recommend against this company and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend that anyone currently using it to RUN

Loftyhouse ...scam Ordered a kitchen container storage set for ,£3.... apparently I subscribed to a electronic device company discount service... contacted through chat line .asked to unsubscribe which they did....not bothered bout 3 quid but that's not the point....what an absolute scam !🤬😡😠😤🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The exceptional "Lofty" group! Those at "Lofty" have been truly wonderful. Walking us through the process of listing, submitting photographs and then shipping our sold pieces to purchasers, Lofty representatives have been exceptional. Each person with whom I've exchanged communication, has been patient and very helpful. BEST of all... they've sold every piece we have listed so far! Pricing is fair to all involved. We highly recommend the Lofty group!!

Like others I ordered something a month… Like others I ordered something a month ago and kept getting run arounds on oh it has shipped, oh we have a different shipping company, etc. I paid via paypal and put a claim in for a refund, we will see if get money back...
