This is a very dubious company This is a very dubious company. They advertise hair growth oil but they don’t sell it. I bought hair oil and they said the money I paid for the oil is for registration. Please have nothing to do with them

Like others I ordered something a month… Like others I ordered something a month ago and kept getting run arounds on oh it has shipped, oh we have a different shipping company, etc. I paid via paypal and put a claim in for a refund, we will see if get money back...

I’m actually wondering if this is a… I’m actually wondering if this is a scam site? I ordered an item 4 weeks ago, no sign of it and no correspondence regarding shipping. I have contacted FunLofty on several occasions for the date of shipment, where the item is coming from, a number to contact and every reply has been ‘please be patient. We are sorry’. I’ve now asked for a refund 3 times and there has been no reply to this. Will never ever buy from here again. Please don’t do it

Lofty seems to be falling apart Lofty seems to be falling apart. Unfortunately, I signed up for lofty with the expectation that they will offer everything that the sales person told me they would. When I was not satisfied after the first couple of weeks it seemed to get worse. My expressing my dissatisfaction only led to them becoming less willing to help are evasive of my attempts to contact them for support. I never received a response from their support team despite multiple attempts to contact. The person who was supposed to be assigned to my account wasn't responding to media email but then started texting me through multiple different and random numbers. Finally, after asking for cancellation multiple times, I was threatened with the "you signed a one year contract that is legally binding" despite their inadequacies in making any effort to help me actually use the database. Unfortunately, lofty has required me to contact my attorney to move forward with a solution that doesn't include my dumping thousands of dollars into a system that doesn't work. I would highly recommend against this company and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend that anyone currently using it to RUN

Only gave one star because I had to… Only gave one star because I had to select at least one. It should be NO stars. This is the worst, scam artist company. Took my cash but product didn’t arrive. They do answer emails but it’s a load of rubbish about how it’s on it’s way, never to appear. Asked for tracking details and was sent some bogus thing that said it has been dispatched that day. Challenged them and now ghosted. Asked for refund many times but now being ignored. Avoid this awful company, total scam!!
