This company set me up on a… This company set me up on a subscription of £24.99 which I am not aware of, just because I ordered an item of £6.99 from their website, which I never got. They are scammers and it is a shame! They ain't getting that money as I have cancelled the subscription with my bank.

GBOnly gave one star because I had to… Only gave one star because I had to select at least one. It should be NO stars. This is the worst, scam artist company. Took my cash but product didn’t arrive. They do answer emails but it’s a load of rubbish about how it’s on it’s way, never to appear. Asked for tracking details and was sent some bogus thing that said it has been dispatched that day. Challenged them and now ghosted. Asked for refund many times but now being ignored. Avoid this awful company, total scam!!

GBI ordered a fidget toy through an… I ordered a fidget toy through an advertisement on TikTok & I paid £3 for it, I’m not bothered about the £3, but for starters I haven’t even had the item & now it turns out there was no order placed & it was for a subscription thing for £24.99 every two weeks! This is an absolute scam! They also are operating through another website called alluredaysclub which also took £3 the day I ordered the fidget toy from the other website, and they have the exact same subscription set up! I spoke to a webchat person and he had the same name “Jobert” so it 100% is the same site but another name! This is 100% a fraud/scam!

GBLofty seems to be falling apart Lofty seems to be falling apart. Unfortunately, I signed up for lofty with the expectation that they will offer everything that the sales person told me they would. When I was not satisfied after the first couple of weeks it seemed to get worse. My expressing my dissatisfaction only led to them becoming less willing to help are evasive of my attempts to contact them for support. I never received a response from their support team despite multiple attempts to contact. The person who was supposed to be assigned to my account wasn't responding to media email but then started texting me through multiple different and random numbers. Finally, after asking for cancellation multiple times, I was threatened with the "you signed a one year contract that is legally binding" despite their inadequacies in making any effort to help me actually use the database. Unfortunately, lofty has required me to contact my attorney to move forward with a solution that doesn't include my dumping thousands of dollars into a system that doesn't work. I would highly recommend against this company and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend that anyone currently using it to RUN

Each person with whom I've exchanged communication, has been patient and very helpful. BEST of all... they've sold every piece we have listed so far! Pricing is fair to all involved.
