I email them about every 2 days and all I get is that they are preparing my order and should ship soon ! I ordered this 2 months ago ! Pisses me off sooooo bad. Friday they have applied for a£24-99 extra payment which I found pending in my on line bank statement hopefully I have managed to cancel. AVOID THIS COMPANY AS IF IT HAS COVID!!!!. Do not buy anything from this outfit I order oil from this company and they charged £6.99 for it, I never got confirmation, but they took that money, then proceeded to take 2.lots of £3 from my account all within the sake month of January. I sent them an email and the denied me purchasing the oil from them, stating they were an electronic company, but the did take the 6.99 from me. I am raising a dispute, because I haven't received anything for my 6.99 but thankfully the bank got me back the 2 x £3 that the tried to take also. Disgusting behaviour. I did not even want to give 1 start, but no.option to do otherwise.
