GBThey made things right. The initial attention to detail was underwhelming when creating the proof particularly given that I provided the completed artwork. It is important to review closely the proofs they send to you before going to production. However, they were always very quick to correct and return the artwork and in the end the products I ordered looked amazing and I couldn't have been happier with the end results. And that is what matters. I expect to order from them again. Thank you FineAwards!

GBWorst customer service experience I've… Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered thousands of dollars worth of awards and approved all of the artwork as soon as it came through only to have Customer Service reach out the next week to approve the artwork AGAIN and it was all wrong. This delay has resulted in our awards being scheduled to arrive AFTER our banquet despite my request to expedite shipping. They quoted expedited shipping at over $1,000 and I asked Customer Service to share some of that burden since the delay in delivery was due to their error and not mine. Without even responding to my request, they notified me that everything was shipping via Ground. The website boasts of guaranteeing your order will arrive BEFORE your event and that's a lie. I've been trying to work with Customer Service for days and it's like talking to a brick wall. It's beyond ridiculous and I'm never ordering from this company again. Buyer beware.
