USVery good quality awards! We have used FineAwards for our GALA crystal tower awards for several years. It would be helpful if our previous orders were more easily accessible since we generally order the same style/type/artwork each year. Also, as a non-profit organization we are entitled to a discount on our order, but I have to be sure and request it. The awards are lovely with quality etching. They always get good compliments from our awardees and people who attend the event. Thank you.

USLast minute charges I didn't like that after charging my credit card for the award to be sent to production, I had to later be charged an art conversion fee for transforming a logo into a specific format. If I had known you were going to charge for that, I would have bought a more expensive award.
