GBGreat customer service I purchased the etched glass table plaque...I thought the etching would have done color to it...i was not happy because you could barely read the writing. On the other hand customer service was good

GBThey made things right. The initial attention to detail was underwhelming when creating the proof particularly given that I provided the completed artwork. It is important to review closely the proofs they send to you before going to production. However, they were always very quick to correct and return the artwork and in the end the products I ordered looked amazing and I couldn't have been happier with the end results. And that is what matters. I expect to order from them again. Thank you FineAwards!
