USWorst customer service experience I've… Worst customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered thousands of dollars worth of awards and approved all of the artwork as soon as it came through only to have Customer Service reach out the next week to approve the artwork AGAIN and it was all wrong. This delay has resulted in our awards being scheduled to arrive AFTER our banquet despite my request to expedite shipping. They quoted expedited shipping at over $1,000 and I asked Customer Service to share some of that burden since the delay in delivery was due to their error and not mine. Without even responding to my request, they notified me that everything was shipping via Ground. The website boasts of guaranteeing your order will arrive BEFORE your event and that's a lie. I've been trying to work with Customer Service for days and it's like talking to a brick wall. It's beyond ridiculous and I'm never ordering from this company again. Buyer beware.

USA Good Company I had a good experience with FineAwards. The customer service was great and the product was beautiful. However, the engraving on the product was lighter than I would have liked (it is difficult to see) and also when you open the box that the award came in with the binding on the lift (the way you would open a book) the award is upside down. If giving advice to a friend, I would tell them to address these issues before accepting delivery. RESPONSE: I have had the same item engraved by a local engraver and the non-color etching they did was much easier to see and read. My point was that it was done very lightly and difficult to read. RESPONSE #2: I agree with your assessment of the classiness factor of the non-color etching and had it been bolder it would be perfect. Again, it's a beautiful award and your staff customer service was great.

USVery happy with our awards! We do a yearly award called the Pioneer Awards. This year, I wanted to design a new award, which meant choosing a new award template and producing a few samples. The Fine Awards crew was helpful and responsive through the whole process. The end result is almost perfect!
