GBThey made things right. The initial attention to detail was underwhelming when creating the proof particularly given that I provided the completed artwork. It is important to review closely the proofs they send to you before going to production. However, they were always very quick to correct and return the artwork and in the end the products I ordered looked amazing and I couldn't have been happier with the end results. GBGood Product - Poor Follow Up The product arrived in a timely manner and presented with the agreed upon design specifications, however the box that held one of the awards presented with significant damage. I contacted customer service to remedy the issue and the follow up has been very poor.

GBVery happy with our awards! We do a yearly award called the Pioneer Awards. This year, I wanted to design a new award, which meant choosing a new award template and producing a few samples. The Fine Awards crew was helpful and responsive through the whole process. The end result is almost perfect!
