USCustomer service was great...product arrived broken The follow up from the design staff was fantastic, but the issue was that multiple products arrived broken. Not sure if the packaging is insufficient to keep it from breaking, or the styles I picked were too fragile.

USUps and Downs I had a problem with the engraving on an award being crooked when it arrived which was disappointing. I did reach someone is customer service that was able to get he award corrected and shipped overnight to my conference location. It was a little touch and go for a while, but it got taken care of.

USGreat customer service I purchased the etched glass table plaque...I thought the etching would have done color to it...i was not happy because you could barely read the writing. On the other hand customer service was good
