Declining quality of service Keen wanted to charge me $70 upfront for nine minutes plus the $2.99 "session fee." I'm a senior on a very limited income and that's just a deal-breaker.

They are ok but they changed a lot They are ok but they changed a lot. They are now going this thing where you are not getting all your minutes. If you pay for 10 minutes you might actually get like 8.

I just have to write another review… I just have to write another review about Keen … yes they are scammers so please beware ! I’ve been using keen for years and ever since 2017 I’ve been told the same thing over and over by the same advisors they are all reading from a script trust me ! It has been 8 years now and they say the same exact thing and nothing they’ve said came true !!!! So out of all these years I have spent thousands with Keen getting nothing back in return but scamming script readings and lies !!!! Keen is a billion dollar company that scams innocent people that are looking for life answers and Keen is there to take Full advantage of that trust and believe that !!!!! Then now they have the 2.99 service charge saying it’s a fee to make their platform better …. No it’s an extra fee to make them more wealthier !!!!!!

There are some advisors.that are great… There are some advisors.that are great but some are not . I am satisfy but in end overall not really. The charge of 2.99 is bad as well and the pricing of some of.them are really high. Kenn should give motivation and money to those clients that spend money alot.
