GBExtremely great Advisors! Extremely great Advisors. Honest and accurate. Money is fair & they offer you free minutes to cover the Keen charge. The Advisors have helped me tremendously! The only thing I would like to see an improvement is the time, time running out, etc. The advisors do not answer anything if time runs out. They should or there should be a countdown as we are getting close like on the add funds page it directs you too.

GBMoney hungry They have started charging a connection fee that customers have to pay in addition to funds they are already gouging from the readers. When the system has issues we still have to pay, we can only get money back if we rate the reader badly. Very money hungry.

GBThey are ok but they changed a lot They are ok but they changed a lot. They are now going this thing where you are not getting all your minutes. If you pay for 10 minutes you might actually get like 8.

GBYour customer service people are very… Your customer service people are very good. I just do not think you value the loyalty of your customers.. Not hardly any discount promotions. Texted or emailed Other businesses do appreciate customer loyalty and show it. Consider this in your operations of your business , you may have more loyal customers.

GBThere are some advisors.that are great… There are some advisors.that are great but some are not . I am satisfy but in end overall not really. The charge of 2.99 is bad as well and the pricing of some of.them are really high. Kenn should give motivation and money to those clients that spend money alot.
