User for about 3 years. Mix feelings. Protect your financials. I have been utilizing this app for about 3 years now. I have tried most of the advisors on the platform with honestly an extremely amount of them being not accurate. SuperNatural Intervention is the only one that I can say is about 98% accurate. Things that she mentioned in our reading has really happened in the exact timeframe. However, there are other ones, incredibly overprice that does not deliver any value. For instance, I had a reading with Mignon Divine Medium at $45.99 USD per minute, yes, that is the rate. She assured me that my person of interest was going to commit in November and it did not happen. At the top of that, she will send e-mails about having updates on my situation and encourage me to call her, which I did. Please notice that when you are going through challenges in life you will do everything to know more snd how to improve your situation, even if that includes financial risk. Keen to me is a financial risk for individuals and encourage the dependency on the app for false hopes, although i do recognize i have received very good advices and some of them has calm me down in bad times but in terms of predictions — no one can really tell how the future will unfold. In my case, I got almost financially broke spending thousands in keen. I have spend more than a thousand in a week during bad times. That is not healthy and I think keen should implement some parameters to protect the clients and not allow advisors to take advantage of people in need just to make some profit.

I’ve been using keen for years and ever since 2017 I’ve been told the same thing over and over by the same advisors they are all reading from a script trust me ! It has been 8 years now and they say the same exact thing and nothing they’ve said came true !!!! So out of all these years I have spent thousands with Keen getting nothing back in return but scamming script readings and lies !!!! Keen is a billion dollar company that scams innocent people that are looking for life answers and Keen is there to take Full advantage of that trust and believe that !!!!! Then now they have the 2.99 service charge saying it’s a fee to make their platform better …. No it’s an extra fee to make them more wealthier !!!!!!

Your customer service people are very… Your customer service people are very good. I just do not think you value the loyalty of your customers.. Not hardly any discount promotions. Texted or emailed Other businesses do appreciate customer loyalty and show it. Consider this in your operations of your business , you may have more loyal customers.

Convenient but overpriced Convenient, but they way overcharge. Recently they added an extra fee, too. It's far more economical to find a good psychic and work with them directly. The satisfaction guarantee amount is only $25, yet many readers charge that or more per minute. Most readers need more than one minute. So if you have a bad call, you can’t get most of your money back. They need to at least double this amount as most readings will be at least $50.
