Can do better The customer service is really good but the psychics never respond to emails or pings. There is a reason that feature exists!!! And on top of that, some advisors charge $50 per minute and they don't even respond to emails. Keen should have some regulation or cap on the price that can be charged per minute.

She’s consistently available for readings within the same day and is completely non-judge mental with her analysis of the situation, even when I call twice in a week. I don’t know what I would do without her at this time. I appreciate her so so much! She has constantly been doing energy checks on my person of interest and never gets tired of the same questions that I ask her. I appreciate her irrevocably.

There are some advisors.that are great… There are some advisors.that are great but some are not . I am satisfy but in end overall not really. The charge of 2.99 is bad as well and the pricing of some of.them are really high. Kenn should give motivation and money to those clients that spend money alot.
