GBMoney hungry They have started charging a connection fee that customers have to pay in addition to funds they are already gouging from the readers. When the system has issues we still have to pay, we can only get money back if we rate the reader badly. Very money hungry.

AUBeware that their $20 referral fee… Beware that their $20 referral fee reward is dodgy. I introduced my cousin/ housemate to it and she received her reward but my $20 reward didn't come weeks later. But then they retracted the reward a week later saying it went against the Keen policy. I asked several times what was that about but was not given an answer. So yeah, no point giving them any referral business.

AUVery Sad Experience I was keen for a in depth and compassionate reading. The reader I spoke with is the opposite of what I was hoping for. I mean I understand that readers have different ways of doing a reading. Just disappointed with the quality of service and wouldn’t come back again.

IECan do better The customer service is really good but the psychics never respond to emails or pings. There is a reason that feature exists!!! And on top of that, some advisors charge $50 per minute and they don't even respond to emails. Keen should have some regulation or cap on the price that can be charged per minute.
