It's been 87 years... I ordered a bunch of stuff in early march; mostly gifts, & some sage for myself in preparation for eclipse season/Mercury retrogade (iykyk). The birthdays/occasions I wanted gifts for have come & gone, so has eclipse season, multiple full moons & Mercury rx.. and I'm still here, waiting on my package. I've reached out 3 times, first 2 times they said my order will ship "soon", Finally a shipping label was created -- but package still hadn't left the shop. I contacted a 3rd time & was told my order hasn't shipped yet because they're waiting on an item in it to be restocked (they said within a week.. 2 weeks ago). Most stores just put 'out of stock' if they don't have an item, but not Magick. They'll still sell you an item they don't have, to take your $$ and (maybe?) send your order *someday* when they deem fit. At this point I'll be shocked if/when my package ever arrives. Since I've already waited eons, I'm going to give it another week before I contact my bank & file a report to the bbb. Will update this review with an update, good or bad. TLDR; don't order unless you wanna wait 2+ months to (hopefully) get your things.

Got my order in despite being delayed Got my order in despite being delayed. I thought this was a scam at first bc I never got a confirmation email (i did in fact receive one-it had gone to my spam folder). I was actually was able to speak to customer service rep who helped me find my confirmation and got my order in after 2-3weeks. They even let me change my shipping address since I was in between moves. I got exactly what I ordered!!

I have no complaints whatsoever I have no complaints whatsoever. I love the choice of merchandise, things I ordered arrived in perfect condition, & in a timely manner. Paying through Shop Pay is great. I recommend you to all I know🥰. Thank you for everything 🤗

Absolutely awful!!! Absolutely awful!!!! It's been 3 weeks and my order hasn't shipped yet They told me that it has shipped 3 days ago. These people apparently don't realize that our phones tell us exactly what is going on with the package and the fact is USPS still does not have it so it will be well over a month since I placed my order before I get anything!

This is literally the worst company I… This is literally the worst company I have done business with. I told them to refund me. Let's see if I hear something. I.will definitely reach out to my bank to get my money back. I wish I would have seen all these complaints before wasting my time with this company.
