Total scam Total scam site. I placed an order at the beginning of the year, and have reached out more than once. Never recieved items, and it’s almost May.

Stellar Support Staff Mariah and the support team were super fast and responsive when I shared my issue with them. They listened to my concerns and then solved them. I was truly impressed with the solutions they offered and extremely treasured all the little things they do at Magick to make the customer feel heard and special. Thanks a BUNCH!

30 days and still my orders have not… 30 days and still my orders have not shipped. Then I get an email saying that one of the orders have shipped and 7 days later when I checked the status of the order it has still not left the facility. I have canceled all of my orders I do not know how long it's going to take them to refund my money but this was just the worst experience do not waste your time or your money on this business.

Absolutely awful!!! Absolutely awful!!!! It's been 3 weeks and my order hasn't shipped yet They told me that it has shipped 3 days ago. These people apparently don't realize that our phones tell us exactly what is going on with the package and the fact is USPS still does not have it so it will be well over a month since I placed my order before I get anything!

I have no complaints whatsoever I have no complaints whatsoever. I love the choice of merchandise, things I ordered arrived in perfect condition, & in a timely manner. Paying through Shop Pay is great. I recommend you to all I know🥰. Thank you for everything 🤗
