Absolutely awful!!! Absolutely awful!!!! It's been 3 weeks and my order hasn't shipped yet They told me that it has shipped 3 days ago. These people apparently don't realize that our phones tell us exactly what is going on with the package and the fact is USPS still does not have it so it will be well over a month since I placed my order before I get anything!

I thought this was a scam at first bc I never got a confirmation email (i did in fact receive one-it had gone to my spam folder). I was actually was able to speak to customer service rep who helped me find my confirmation and got my order in after 2-3weeks. They even let me change my shipping address since I was in between moves. I got exactly what I ordered!!

Poof like magic your money is gone no product Ordered in early April, still waiting. If you dont order the shipping to be $50.00 or more for expedited shipping you can pray to the goddess they will ever send your order. Got an email from them saying something along the line that when there is a sale it takes longer. Still waiting for the products. I have found other sites that i will shop no more from this organization er company.

FRAUD!! FRAUD!!! I have been trying to get an order for over two months. They keep saying they are looking into it. Now they don't even return my emails. I can see that there are a lot of complaints filed with the BBB and there are many people on this site who also got scammed. I created a fraud ticket from my credit card company and was refunded. DO NOT TRUST this company.

30 days and still my orders have not… 30 days and still my orders have not shipped. Then I get an email saying that one of the orders have shipped and 7 days later when I checked the status of the order it has still not left the facility. I have canceled all of my orders I do not know how long it's going to take them to refund my money but this was just the worst experience do not waste your time or your money on this business.
