Order never sent I placed a order on March 14th. Never received my order, customer service replies are "they are running behind" than marked it as fufilled when USPS states they are still waiting for the item a label was created but nothing else.

2 month shipping, sub-par items. I ordered in February, order remained in shipment pending for almost 2 months! I was told an item was not in stock but I could refund or exchange, I responded immediately and they sent the same email a month later. The items are all pocket sized (same as you'd get off Temu etc) and when the package finally arrived in APRIL, I recieved a consolation for waiting: a tiny opalite bracelet (opalite is basically plastic) and 1/2" chip of amethyst that was clearly a broken piece off a statue or something, it was raw on one end and polished everywhere else. I have a feeling this store is just run by a dude in his basement, quite disappointing all round.

AWFUL. Shop elsewhere. Would rate Magick.com even lower if I could. I ordered one fairly common book that I wanted to read as soon as possible. It was a few dollars cheaper at Magick.com and I figured I would give them my business instead of Amazon for a change. Big Mistake. A month later now and still has not shipped. An e-mail to their 'customer support' returned an useless message with meaningless excuses. Will absolutely never use their site again.

I placed an order on March 17th.. Still waiting I placed an order on March 17th. Mind you this is only coming from California and I live in Tennessee. Weeks I waited with no update to the status of my order. I finally emailed customer service in about a week later got a response that I could either cancel my order or receive a 5% discount for the delayed shipping. Since someone actually answered me I chose to wait and receive the 5% discount. It has now been over a solid month with my package supposedly having a shipping label created 7 days ago but has not made it to the post office. After reading similar reviews I am in agreeance that this company is a scam. If I ever receive a refund or the product I will update my review.

Scam!!! Fraudulent thieving company I wish I could give negative stars. I’ve given this business chance after chance due to the wide selection of inventory and sales but it’s not worth it. The products aren’t great, I’ve been sold fake crystals from here, and multiple times my orders have gotten lost or they’ve sold me items that they don’t have in stock. I’m currently still waiting on an order from 9 months ago bc they sold me things that never arrived and when I called them on it they said they didn’t have it in stock. I’ve reported them to the BBB and they didn’t even have the decency to respond. Also the 30% off discount is always “expiring soon” yet it’s been going on for over a year- this is fraud, false advertisement is an actual crime and I don’t think they know that. Larger companies have used this same tactic and been sued for millions. I will never be ordering from this company again and will in fact be taking legal action against them for the money and time I’ve lost. I’ve spent thousands on this company and feel I’ve literally been robbed. Do not buy from here- these reviews say it all.
