30 days and still my orders have not… 30 days and still my orders have not shipped. Then I get an email saying that one of the orders have shipped and 7 days later when I checked the status of the order it has still not left the facility. I have canceled all of my orders I do not know how long it's going to take them to refund my money but this was just the worst experience do not waste your time or your money on this business.

Wonderful site for magickal community I make several purchases a month. I love the variety of magickal tools this shop offers. The service reps are kind and responsive and the prices are terrific. I just received one of my many orders today and was so excited to see what new [free] crystal accompanied my decks. Thank you!

magick.com does not deliver! Weeks now and the products have not come. This company does not answer their phone, they send generic emails, and after a while they don't answer your emails. They take your money and then leave you hanging without the merchandise. They have the worst customer service. I don't know how they are still allowed to stay in business and allowed to scam customers, repeatedly.

2 month shipping, sub-par items. I ordered in February, order remained in shipment pending for almost 2 months! I was told an item was not in stock but I could refund or exchange, I responded immediately and they sent the same email a month later. The items are all pocket sized (same as you'd get off Temu etc) and when the package finally arrived in APRIL, I recieved a consolation for waiting: a tiny opalite bracelet (opalite is basically plastic) and 1/2" chip of amethyst that was clearly a broken piece off a statue or something, it was raw on one end and polished everywhere else. I have a feeling this store is just run by a dude in his basement, quite disappointing all round.

Ordered on March 11th and again March… Ordered on March 11th and again March 22nd and still haven’t received my orders. I have asked for a refund and no response. Had to download the Shop app to track my order. Received a notification from Shop on April 6th and April 10th saying my order was shipped but when I checked they had not even been dropped off at the post office. My packages are just sitting there. Beyond frustrating. They use the sale as an excuse for delay but the sale has been going on forever. I would just prefer my money back then waiting indefinitely for my order.
