GBAbsolutely awful!!! Absolutely awful!!!! It's been 3 weeks and my order hasn't shipped yet They told me that it has shipped 3 days ago. These people apparently don't realize that our phones tell us exactly what is going on with the package and the fact is USPS still does not have it so it will be well over a month since I placed my order before I get anything!

GBmagick.com does not deliver! Weeks now and the products have not come. This company does not answer their phone, they send generic emails, and after a while they don't answer your emails. They take your money and then leave you hanging without the merchandise. They have the worst customer service. I don't know how they are still allowed to stay in business and allowed to scam customers, repeatedly.

GBOrdered on March 11th and again March… Ordered on March 11th and again March 22nd and still haven’t received my orders. I have asked for a refund and no response. Had to download the Shop app to track my order. Received a notification from Shop on April 6th and April 10th saying my order was shipped but when I checked they had not even been dropped off at the post office. My packages are just sitting there. Beyond frustrating. They use the sale as an excuse for delay but the sale has been going on forever. I would just prefer my money back then waiting indefinitely for my order.

GBThis is literally the worst company I… This is literally the worst company I have done business with. I told them to refund me. Let's see if I hear something. I.will definitely reach out to my bank to get my money back. I wish I would have seen all these complaints before wasting my time with this company.
