GBGot my order in despite being delayed Got my order in despite being delayed. I thought this was a scam at first bc I never got a confirmation email (i did in fact receive one-it had gone to my spam folder). I was actually was able to speak to customer service rep who helped me find my confirmation and got my order in after 2-3weeks. They even let me change my shipping address since I was in between moves. I got exactly what I ordered!!

GBThis is literally the worst company I… This is literally the worst company I have done business with. I told them to refund me. Let's see if I hear something. I.will definitely reach out to my bank to get my money back. I wish I would have seen all these complaints before wasting my time with this company.

GBAbsolutely awful!!! Absolutely awful!!!! It's been 3 weeks and my order hasn't shipped yet They told me that it has shipped 3 days ago. These people apparently don't realize that our phones tell us exactly what is going on with the package and the fact is USPS still does not have it so it will be well over a month since I placed my order before I get anything!

GBAwful company! Do not bother. Awful company! I placed an order on March 31 during their 30% off sale. It is now April 18 and I’ve emailed three different times asking about an order status and all I get back is a generic email from Isabel telling me that due to the sale, shipping is being delayed. I’m very disappointed that nowhere on the website does it say shipping could take up to or more than one month. I don’t know how big or small this company is, but if they only have one person doing the shipping, it still wouldn't take a month to get orders out. Don’t appreciate the generic emails and not getting an actual answer from this company. I placed an order for more than $100 worth of items and nothing. I wouldnt recommend this company to anybody! If they’re incapable of shipping within a timely manner like they state on their website (5 to 7 days within the United States), then they shouldn’t be in business. I emailed them yet again asking for a refund if I can’t get an order status within 4 to 5 days because I’m tired of waiting for this order. Not sure how they’re so highly rated on this website since they have more one star reviews than anything.

GBStellar Support Staff Mariah and the support team were super fast and responsive when I shared my issue with them. They listened to my concerns and then solved them.
