GBCrua in the US! Great tents and great customer service! We are a young family living in central Texas and always looking for opportunities to go camping. But tents designed in the US are not at the same level as the tents in Europe. Ive always been a big fan of the Crua tents and I am glad that they have decided to come to the US. I purchased the Core and the Culla Family but I returned it because I am more interested in the tunnel tents. I got the Quad and have not used it yet but am excited to soon. Returning the Core and Culla was easy and the team was responsive. But I had to drive to their warehouse since shipping the tents back is very expensive. It would be nice if Crua would pay for return shipping. But the people I met at the warehouse, Jesse, are very nice and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet them. Crua tents are the way to go. Add on an Ecoflow Wave 2 AC and it gets very cozy.

GBCrua Tri Tent Crua Tri Tent, best tent ever. R-Value of 9 good down to negative 40 degree farenheit and Hydrostatic head of 5000mm yet breathable. I've camped in some negative 5-10degree farenheit and with a small heater on for an hour before bed stayed warm and cozy all night.

SENext level support. I'm from Sweden but will write this in English. I bought the Duo Maxx and Culla Maxx. I had a problem with the Culla's inner poles, specifically the back wall pole as it was nearly impossible to insert the pole, support (Viki) showed me a trick she's been using. She sent me a personal video. It was a very out-of-the-box thinking however when I tried her method I shaved off a chunk of material because the fit was very tight for me. Viki asked if I wanted a new pole that was slightly shorter but it was with a shipping fee to Sweden for €17. I just cut the pole by 2,5cm and that fit perfectly. Viki said 'You know what, I'll send you the pole anyway without charge'. It's to be 2cm shorter than 110cm originally. Awesome girl and her voice is nice to listen to lol.

GBQuilt issue was not thoroughly addressed Quilt issue was not thoroughly addressed. I e-mailed concerning 3 issues with a quilt. Only one issue was addressed, the others were not mentioned. I fixed one issue regarding the the bungee "clip thing" that tightens the center and ends. The suspension issue I'll deal with later. Regardless, I still like and use your products. Thanks, Ivan.
