Good Support I love Crua tents, and the support was great but they had advertised their lightweight tent at the wrong weight (it double what it was supposed to weigh). They were very sorry and have put that right now and refunded me but it was a waste of time.

Crua Outdoors (and Viki at Crua) Rock! Excellent customer service! I have communicated with Viki several times over different issues. She has always been very prompt, polite, and helpful. Every situation has gotten resolved to my satisfaction and both Viki, and Crua, go above and beyond to help with any need, concern, or question that I may have. I've concerned myself that I have become a bit of a pain, but I've never been made to feel that way. Professionalism and kindness are always present in my communications with Viki and others at Crua. I love the equipment and I love the company. Keep doing what you are doing, Crua Outdoors (and Viki)!

The service rep listened to May issue… The service rep listened to May issue and promptly looked to find out what may have caused the billing issue.

Crua Core tent Purchased the Crua Core tent, easy to erect, pretty roomy(family of 4), also bought the UV fly sheet which helped keep the tent cool and darkened it for sleeping. We had a little leak on one of the support columns, but we think it's just that the valve cap wasn't fitted correctly after inflation. All in all seems a good tent, bit tight for 4,(2 camp beds, 2 airbeds) but managed to all fit in with all our gear and still have some floor space, having the porch area helped.

Exceptional gear and service The company support team is exceptional in their communication and follow through. The gear is high quality and nice to see the company continues to invest in their product line. I own the Core tent, Duo Maxx Combo 3 and have recently decided to back the launch of the new CRUA Culla series by investing in the Culla Maxx V2. My family and I look forward to many great camping trips and good sleep with quality and easy to set-up gear!
