Well, that was easy........AND FAST!!! Placed my order. Initially, received everything fast and prompt as promised except for the rod as it was coming from a supplier's warehouse. Waited several days without and word or notification.. I eventually called up to see what was going on and almost immediately got a rep. The rep explained the delay and offered to switch out the original rod for a similar rod of the same make and model that was for the same price without any charge. The rod arrived two to three days later and I can't wait to start using it next year.

Never Disappointed I wanted to buy a spinning reel online and use my Reward Points however I had an issue (probably my ineptitude with technology). I called TD and the gentleman that I had talked with was very helpful and was able to take my order over the phone and apply my points. Received my reel much sooner than anticipated. Never disappointed with Tackle Direct.

Be careful Update 9 days later. Receiving shipping info for replacement Update 4 days later. I did not received a call the next day. So I call the following day and got Billy to inform me that he will have Chris call me back. Chris agree to send me a prepay shipping and resolve the issue by refund or exchange. I sent the rod back so let's see how this end. Original review: Just got off the phone with Craig. I sent an email but got no reply so I made a call. Receive a fishing rod with bent blank. He said it is normal does not affect the function, but would anyone wants to pickup a bent rod while shopping for a fishing pole. Return shipping is gonna cost me $20. I am waiting to get a return call from them tomorrow and update this review. Otherwise, I will not be visiting or buying anything else from this place. I will share my experience with those around me also.
