I haven't had any bad customer service experience so far so I can't say much about that. Never Disappointed I wanted to buy a spinning reel online and use my Reward Points however I had an issue (probably my ineptitude with technology). I called TD and the gentleman that I had talked with was very helpful and was able to take my order over the phone and apply my points. Received my reel much sooner than anticipated.
