Long time customer Long time customer. Placed urgent order earlier in week for last minute fishing trip. Products promised to arrive prior to departure date. Unfortunately, order still sitting at warehouse on promised arrival date. Add a star for ease of cancellation but overall very disappointed.

1st experience with Tackle Direct I… 1st experience with Tackle Direct I ordered a reel, requested it loaded with 30 lb braid, got the reel with a spool of line in the box. Not all that bad. 2nd order ordered 2 spools of line after 2 weeks no line I called them to find out where my line is and was told it will be at least anther 8 days or so till I receive my order, but yet I was told it was in stock. Unbelievable! Next time Ill just order from Amazon.

Great selection Good selection and helpful customer service. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that its tricky to navigate their site and determine which products are in stock and which they have to source from the manufacturer/suppliers. Just double check when selecting items and you’ll be fine.

Very good website with a wide variety… Very good website with a wide variety of products based on the Asian, namely Korean market. I haven't had any bad customer service experience so far so I can't say much about that. Also, I love the fact that they offer free gifts everyday and have the customer loyalty program to offer more comfort and discount to the customers. Keep up the good job!
