Didn't bother returning because of how long it took to get. EDIT: Tyler from tackle direct gave me a call after reading my review and he made things right and gave me a partial credit back towards my combo. I am very pleased with their willingness to correct things.

Well, that was easy........AND FAST!!! Placed my order. Initially, received everything fast and prompt as promised except for the rod as it was coming from a supplier's warehouse. Waited several days without and word or notification.. I eventually called up to see what was going on and almost immediately got a rep. The rep explained the delay and offered to switch out the original rod for a similar rod of the same make and model that was for the same price without any charge. The rod arrived two to three days later and I can't wait to start using it next year.
