Lowrance products, top notch Running a Lowrance Ghost at 24 volts on an Allison XB21, plenty of all day power. Also running a Lowrance 9” Live at the drivers console networked to a Lowrance 16” Live on the bow, with 3 in 1 imaging at the transom and on the Ghost, all three run in unison very well. Thank you very much Lowrance for building great products.

First time they send the wrong cable… First time they send the wrong cable the website describe a female to female cabale. The second time I receive the right cable pay attention to the model number and not the picture on the website. M is for male and F... Other than that this is a fine product.

Long time Loyal Lowrance Customer gets Bas Service I ordered a new boat and specified Lowrance HDS Live. Boat Manufacture ordered the Lowrance and received it in March 2021. I took possession of the boat in November 2021. Unit started acting up in November 2023, but I called Lowrnace in December, (out of town, so my flat i missed by 1 month.). Sent Lowrance all invoice on my boat and delivery date. They said unit was delivered in March so too far out of warranty. The Lowrance web site clearly says warranty starts with retail delivery and describes warranty date from when a new boat is taken delivery of, and not when delivered to the boat manufacture. did not seem to matter to the person who had a hard time understanding english. I tried to find another contact means for Lowrance, but they do a great job of keeping that very secret. I'll never buy another Lowrance or Nvionics product again. Very disappointed in how I was treated and the fact they are not following their own policy spelled out on their web site.

Great Customer Service Just to know that you value your customers and make sure that they're able to purchase replacement parts! I wanted additional power and transducer cables so I could use my Hook 2 triple shot on either of my two boat. I had no problem getting hold of the cables from you guys! Also the price was reasonable! Thanks!!!

Have not used my Active Target yet Have not used my Active Target yet. But it was easy to install. Directions were easy to understand. Looking forward to seeing how good it works when fishing
