GBI received the wrong item I received the wrong item. I requested item 000-12244-001 but received item 000-14583-001. Now I have to go through the trouble of sending an e-mail after spending time on two calls trying to correct the mistake. All other items were the correct items and the shipping time was quick. Please slow down and insure items requested match items being sent out. Thanks

AUCalled technical support Called technical support. Got a person who could hardly understand english. No idea on the unit whatsoever. Kept asking what model it was. On hold all the time. What a waste of time and money as you have to ring international number. Stop using overseas call centres.

GBLong time Loyal Lowrance Customer gets Bas Service I ordered a new boat and specified Lowrance HDS Live. Boat Manufacture ordered the Lowrance and received it in March 2021. I took possession of the boat in November 2021. Unit started acting up in November 2023, but I called Lowrnace in December, (out of town, so my flat i missed by 1 month.). Sent Lowrance all invoice on my boat and delivery date. They said unit was delivered in March so too far out of warranty. The Lowrance web site clearly says warranty starts with retail delivery and describes warranty date from when a new boat is taken delivery of, and not when delivered to the boat manufacture. did not seem to matter to the person who had a hard time understanding english. I tried to find another contact means for Lowrance, but they do a great job of keeping that very secret. I'll never buy another Lowrance or Nvionics product again. Very disappointed in how I was treated and the fact they are not following their own policy spelled out on their web site.

GBI love the trolling motor and graphs I love the trolling motor and graphs, but getting the maps had been a problem. I ordered the maps, they took my money, then canceled my rider saying they no longer sell the map I purchased. Still waiting for credit and to find out what maps I can purchase to go on my graphs for lakes near me.
