I was told by an associate to make sure I got my veterans discount. When I was checking out he told the other person to make sure I got the discount. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Great experience.

Scheels in Idaho is an amazing store Scheels in Idaho is an amazingly beautiful store with wonderfully friendly employees. I'm not much for shopping, but my wife and I spent a couple of hours looking around (and spending about $300) and I highly recommend the store. This is how retail should be, but all too rarely is. My mom bought my brother in law some stuff for his 22nd bday. she spent alot of money when she got one of the items it was a scoutlight pro. the thing didnt have all the parts and it did not work so thinking like any good company would make it right she sent it back and they kept her money like a good $350 they told her some BS about not gettin a refund and long story short they robbed our family big F U you should lose your business - If i steal I go to jail but if you steal.. nothing? Wish I could leave a negative Wish I could leave a negative. We bought freeze dryer a month ago. They didn’t have the kit but promised that we would get everything within a week. We still have not gotten this kit. I have paid over 5000 for this and still cannot use it!!!

Great customer service from chase Chase was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions about getting new shoes for work. Would go back because of him next time I need more shoes.
