GBI accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the… I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the shoes I wanted. I immediately called customer services (6:30pm EST) and they helped me fix my order right away. Most places I buy online are closed at this hour but they answered fairly quickly and resolved my issue within minutes. I was definitely pleased with my purchasing experience.

GBThey made it right! I had previously expressed a concern with the service I had in the Eden prairie store regarding a pair of ON shoes that were not meeting my expectations. They had a hole in the toe/seam. I received a response from Jacob one of the managers in that area and he proceeded to meet me and handle my concern so professionally that I ended up not only replacing the shoes that were defective but I also bought three more pair of shoes. Both Karen and Freddy were fantastic in helping me find shoes that worked well for me. This was all I was looking for when I went into scheels my first time. (That experience brought me to my visit with Jacob). I appreciate the service I received to “make it right” and because of it I will be a loyal long time customer. ! Thank you Jacob Freddy and Karen !

GBBike purchase Went in to purchase a bike for my daughter. Had an associate named Ray come and help out immediately. He was very knowledgeable in bikes and had a great sense of humor. Would recommend buy a bike there and hopefully you get Ray to help you out.

I had looked at some patio chairs and all questions were answered honestly. I had ordered the chairs from her the next day by phone and her team had them ready in 15 minutes. Impressed.
