GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS My husband and I and two other couples who are friends of ours went to Scheels and had a great experience. Matt, who works in the Binocular area of the store, was so knowledgeable, professional, and had an obvious love for what he was doing. The whole experience was refreshing. We had questions about bino's, Matt was able to answer them efficiently and then showed us what he was talking about. Two binoculars were purchased that day. Scheel's has great prices for quality products, along with fantastic customer service. We look forward to shopping there again.

Scheels in Idaho is an amazing store Scheels in Idaho is an amazingly beautiful store with wonderfully friendly employees. I'm not much for shopping, but my wife and I spent a couple of hours looking around (and spending about $300) and I highly recommend the store. This is how retail should be, but all too rarely is. Great honest and good prices What made this great was the ease in ordering the communications? The tracking the company stays with you with each one of their shipments. It was so nice and it was a great experience and the prices you cannot beat. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.
