Shady company and never received item... I ordered a $65 New Face cross body satchel from Scheels. It was not delivered on time so I called costumer service and over a two week period spoke with four different Scheels employees. They appeared very confident about assuring me my order was on the way and I would be getting it the following day. This did not happen. The last time the employee told me they would expedite it over night. It did not come. Finally, I gave up and called a final time and requested a reimbursement, which I was told would arrive in 2-4 busy days. What are the chances of me receiving this? It seriously felt like some sort of scam. BUY YOUR ITEM ELSEWHERE!!!!

Great honest and good prices What made this great was the ease in ordering the communications? The tracking the company stays with you with each one of their shipments. It was so nice and it was a great experience and the prices you cannot beat. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Yellowknife, NWT This is the place to order from. Prices are great....but the customer service is phenomenal. They deliver to the Northwest Territories.....most Canadian companies don't deliver here. Product came exactly as described, no hidden fees. My new go to place, Thanks Scheels!!

Scheels in Idaho is an amazing store Scheels in Idaho is an amazingly beautiful store with wonderfully friendly employees. I'm not much for shopping, but my wife and I spent a couple of hours looking around (and spending about $300) and I highly recommend the store. This is how retail should be, but all too rarely is.
