The customer service team is amazing. The customer service team in every department are eagerly helpful. Especially Erik in the women’s shoe department and Samuel in sports. They have a wide variety of everything and anything you may need or want. The atmosphere is just great!

1/5 nothing worked When I went into scheels to buy a pair of basketball shoes, they were sold out. So, then I got balls to put into my shoes after track practice but, at the check out all of the cash registers shut down and I only had Apple Pay which meant that I had to wait 45 minutes to write my card information down on a piece of paper. Then after an hour, they closed and I didn’t receive my item after buying it. 1/5 stars. Get you’re stuff together scheels.

Scheels in Idaho is an amazing store Scheels in Idaho is an amazingly beautiful store with wonderfully friendly employees. I'm not much for shopping, but my wife and I spent a couple of hours looking around (and spending about $300) and I highly recommend the store. This is how retail should be, but all too rarely is. I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the… I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the shoes I wanted. I immediately called customer services (6:30pm EST) and they helped me fix my order right away. Most places I buy online are closed at this hour but they answered fairly quickly and resolved my issue within minutes. I was definitely pleased with my purchasing experience.
