1/5 nothing worked When I went into scheels to buy a pair of basketball shoes, they were sold out. So, then I got balls to put into my shoes after track practice but, at the check out all of the cash registers shut down and I only had Apple Pay which meant that I had to wait 45 minutes to write my card information down on a piece of paper. Then after an hour, they closed and I didn’t receive my item after buying it. 1/5 stars. Get you’re stuff together scheels.

I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the… I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the shoes I wanted. I immediately called customer services (6:30pm EST) and they helped me fix my order right away. Most places I buy online are closed at this hour but they answered fairly quickly and resolved my issue within minutes. I was definitely pleased with my purchasing experience.

This was our first time to shop at… This was our first time to shop at Scheels. EVERYONE here was amazing and helpful. Best experience we’ve ever had. Grant in the men’s shoe department was awesome. Wonderful selection of quality merchandise. We will definitely come back next time we are in Dallas

If I could give a negative score I… If I could give a negative score I would TRASH - this place has no customer service . My mom bought my brother in law some stuff for his 22nd bday. she spent alot of money when she got one of the items it was a scoutlight pro. the thing didnt have all the parts and it did not work so thinking like any good company would make it right she sent it back and they kept her money like a good $350 they told her some BS about not gettin a refund and long story short they robbed our family big F U you should lose your business - If i steal I go to jail but if you steal.. nothing? A bad review..

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS My husband and I and two other couples who are friends of ours went to Scheels and had a great experience. Matt, who works in the Binocular area of the store, was so knowledgeable, professional, and had an obvious love for what he was doing. The whole experience was refreshing. We had questions about bino's, Matt was able to answer them efficiently and then showed us what he was talking about. Two binoculars were purchased that day. Scheel's has great prices for quality products, along with fantastic customer service. We look forward to shopping there again.
