The customer service team is amazing. The customer service team in every department are eagerly helpful. Especially Erik in the women’s shoe department and Samuel in sports. They have a wide variety of everything and anything you may need or want. The atmosphere is just great!

1/5 nothing worked When I went into scheels to buy a pair of basketball shoes, they were sold out. So, then I got balls to put into my shoes after track practice but, at the check out all of the cash registers shut down and I only had Apple Pay which meant that I had to wait 45 minutes to write my card information down on a piece of paper. Then after an hour, they closed and I didn’t receive my item after buying it. 1/5 stars. Get you’re stuff together scheels.

Great honest and good prices What made this great was the ease in ordering the communications? The tracking the company stays with you with each one of their shipments. It was so nice and it was a great experience and the prices you cannot beat. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.
