CAHorrible customer service Horrible customer service, Ordered the professional package for both our boys and everytime only 1 package shows up. The response everytime is the problem in the shipping department. Hate to tell you but, the problem seems to be in the management department. Will never use this again and have spread the news in Canada not to use this company.

GBExcellent customer service quick to respond. Have been dealing with Kyle M. about my recent request to cancel my subscription. Over the course of the last few days he has been very helpful and quick to respond to my request for help. I feel like the desire to retain me as a customer was top priority for him. Gave me options and assured me that the IT department was working to fix the issues I was having. I am hopeful that the issues I was having will be resolved and I will remain a customer.

CABad experience Place an order and was supposed to ship within 7 days. Been a month now, haven't re ieved anything, can't track it cause my lo gin information isn't working and try to send password reset and that's not working. Messenger them and nothing, emailed and nothing. It's a joke company.

GBI had the best experience I had the best experience! I never write reviews, but I also rarely experience exceptional customer service. I ordered a 3 month gift subscription for a 14th birthday present. During the order, I entered the delivery address wrong. 🤦🏼♀️ I didn't realize until a few days before the birthday that the package had been returned to sender. I emailed and apologized for my mistake and inquired on purchasing overnight delivery. Kyle M responded to my email promptly. He was so kind, immediately shipped out a replacement and even upgraded it 🤯 Y'all this issue was 100% my fault! They didn't owe me a thing! Thank you Lucky Tackle Box and Kyle!!!
