CABad experience Place an order and was supposed to ship within 7 days. Been a month now, haven't re ieved anything, can't track it cause my lo gin information isn't working and try to send password reset and that's not working. Messenger them and nothing, emailed and nothing. It's a joke company.

GBGreat customer service I ordered a 3 month subscription for my husbands birthday, and the first box was missing one of the included jigs. I emailed customer service and Kyle got back to me quickly to inform me that the specific jig was out of stock. He assured me that they will be sending a replacement as soon as possible. We are lookin forward to the next two boxes.

GBAbsolutely fantastic customer service Absolutely fantastic customer service. If you have any questions at all, send an email to their support group and they will respond almost immediately. I had an empty box show up in the mail a few months ago and they took care of me by sending out a replacement. I have paused my subscription for the time being, but I will be back. Thank you so much!

I ordered a three month subscription for a birthday gift earlier in the year and am back for more this Christmas! I didn't even have to think about it.
