GBGreat customer service I ordered a 3 month subscription for my husbands birthday, and the first box was missing one of the included jigs. I emailed customer service and Kyle got back to me quickly to inform me that the specific jig was out of stock. He assured me that they will be sending a replacement as soon as possible. We are lookin forward to the next two boxes.

GBKyle at Lucky Tackle was amazing Kyle at Lucky Tackle was amazing. I contacted them to cancel my husbands subscription because he wasnt able to use the items as fast as he received them. He informed me that we could put a pause on the subscription and automatically start it again in a couple of months. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding.

CABad experience Place an order and was supposed to ship within 7 days. Been a month now, haven't re ieved anything, can't track it cause my lo gin information isn't working and try to send password reset and that's not working. Messenger them and nothing, emailed and nothing. It's a joke company.

GBterrible customer service terrible customer service. I tried to cancel subscription multiple times and still get charges can boxes I don't want delivered (in terrible shape). I been trying to get in contact with someone for 2 months now and NOTHING, no way to call, no one responds to email or calls back from the sheet on their website. I'm just about to block them through my card and see if i can get some money back. terrible company

GBI had the best experience I had the best experience! I never write reviews, but I also rarely experience exceptional customer service. I ordered a 3 month gift subscription for a 14th birthday present. During the order, I entered the delivery address wrong. 🤦🏼♀️ I didn't realize until a few days before the birthday that the package had been returned to sender. I emailed and apologized for my mistake and inquired on purchasing overnight delivery. Kyle M responded to my email promptly. He was so kind, immediately shipped out a replacement and even upgraded it 🤯 Y'all this issue was 100% my fault! They didn't owe me a thing! Thank you Lucky Tackle Box and Kyle!!!
