Delivery was kinda touch and go took longer than expected but was ALWAYS updates in tracking BEYOND HAPPY WITH THE FLY ROD THANKS AGAIN!!!

GBWhat customer service? Customer service is the only thing that separates them from anyone else. The product I received was good quality and I hope to put it to good use this year. The issue I had - I sent several emails asking about the 2 day service I paid for and never got a response (took 6 days to deliver from the email I received saying it shipped) also, I sent an email asking how to switch over the retreive because I got the wrong one, and they didn't respond. As a customer, I am left with they don't care and that is not a good thing for business.

GBWade Rod Co is absolutely magnificent! Wade Rod Co is absolutely magnificent. I received my new rods in less than a week. I recently used the Streamer Express 7 weight and caught an 8 pound Atlantic salmon in upstate New York. The rod was powerful and light as a feather. As far as service, Wade Rods is excellent. They ship fast and safely and produce a fantastic product. Buy and use their gear with confidence.

GBGood product, terrible service. Great product, not dissing on them there. However they lack very big on the customer service. At least for me. I broke the end section on my rod and emailed about purchasing a replacement, took them 3 days to get back to me after I sent three emails. Emailed back and forth for one day, they were going to send me a link to proceed with the replacement. It’s been 4 days since then and haven’t heard back to revive the link. I’ve sent more emails and still nothing. I like the pole a lot, however I could order a new one from any company and have it at my doorstep before I get my replacement. Not impressed at all. Other reviews state that they were quick and made the process easy, I wish it was the same for me.

GBAfter placing my order my card was… After placing my order my card was charged the same day, I did receive a order number however I received no word as to when my order would be delivered. Trying to contact the company was very difficult, after repeated email attempts finally I did hear from a person from another company that my rod would be shipped and a shipping label was generated with a tracking number. This tracking number did little good because the USPS informed me that the label was issued but they did not get the product to ship. Several email attempts later and the product was finally shipped and tracked. It has been a month and I do not have to product yet but I am told my the USPS it is to be delivered tomorrow. Poor communication.
