Unlike so many other companies, their website clearly shows when a product is not available and they will not take your money for something they can not immediately ship. Great work folks.. This is my first Wade Rod but it won't be my last.

Overall Overall, I'm happy with the product. It's great quality especially for the price. However, it took a month and a half to receive the product which I know was due to holiday chaos. I'll rate the experience as neutral. I'd like to consider other Wade Rods in the future.

Spot on company! Great company that cares about the customer. Fly fishing is a very expensive hobby and they make it affordable for enthusiasts that can’t afford premium gear but want a premium feel. Well done keep up the good work guys!

Damaged rod Ordered a rod and the handle was cracked when received. After emailing customer service (had a trip planned the upcoming weekend) instead of overnighting a replacement, they said I could use the rod bc it was a cosmetic thing and then after to send in the damaged part for a replacement. I thought it was a bit odd that they said to use it, and I was worried that the handle would actually crack more and then be totally unusable. Also, not sure how the rod would've cracked during transit either, it was packed super well so someone must have sent it with the damage already there.

After placing my order my card was… After placing my order my card was charged the same day, I did receive a order number however I received no word as to when my order would be delivered. Trying to contact the company was very difficult, after repeated email attempts finally I did hear from a person from another company that my rod would be shipped and a shipping label was generated with a tracking number. This tracking number did little good because the USPS informed me that the label was issued but they did not get the product to ship. Several email attempts later and the product was finally shipped and tracked. It has been a month and I do not have to product yet but I am told my the USPS it is to be delivered tomorrow. Poor communication.
