GBBrutal customer service. Brutal customer service. I placed an order over two weeks ago. After several days of not receiving a shipping confirmation, I emailed WRC. I received a response a day later stating that the order appeared to be fulfilled on their end and asking if I had received a tacking number, which I hadn't (and still haven't). Multiple emails later, no response at all. Disappointed as I was very excited to give the rod a whirl, but at this point I suppose I simply need to get the charged reversed. Back to basics WRC!

GBGreat Experience! Great Experience! The folks at Wade Rod/Postfly are great. Even in these uncertain times they are diligently cranking out product. Unlike so many other companies, their website clearly shows when a product is not available and they will not take your money for something they can not immediately ship. Great work folks.. This is my first Wade Rod but it won't be my last.

GBAwesome company have received many… Awesome company have received many products over the years amazing craftsmanship on the rod feels great rock solid yet very forgiving when casting and feeling strike would highly recc. Delivery was kinda touch and go took longer than expected but was ALWAYS updates in tracking BEYOND HAPPY WITH THE FLY ROD THANKS AGAIN!!!
